'Create Your Space' is extremely pleased to present one of its most prestigious Executive Custom Bathroom Tile Installations! It is definitely one of our top client designs and finish selections! They did an amazing job with the overall design of the space! The Tile on the walls are 24"x48" and the floor tiles are 24"x24" Slabs of Italian Porcelain. We installed a total Schluter Shower system including a vertical drain as well as chrome embedded trim which were recessed in the wall and floor to receive the custom shower glass. All of the tile was supplied by 'The Kitchen & Bath Place' and all plumbing fixtures were supplied by 'The Mermaid Gallery'. The Custom Tempered Glass Shower Wall was supplied & installed by 'Clear Cut Glass & Aluminum'.

We were asked to create something really special for one of our most admired clients. This home has been a labor of love for both of us as we finally made it exactly what she wanted it to be. After many concept ideas we landed on a design that is stunning! All of the elements on her wish list are incorporated in this challenging, multi-level landscape: A front yard to match the modern traditional-style home while creating privacy from the street; a side yard that proudly connects the front and back; and a lower level with plantings in lush greens, whites, purples and pinks and plentiful lawn space for kids and dogs. Her outdoor living space includes an outdoor kitchen with bar, outdoor living room with fireplace, dining patio, a bedroom-adjacent lounging patio with modern fountain, enclosed vegetable garden, rose garden walk with European-style fountain and meditation bench, and a fire pit with sitting area on the upper level to take in the panoramic views of the sunset over the wooded ridge. Outdoor lighting brings it alive at night, and for parties you can’t beat the killer sound system!

Double-side frameless glass illuminated display cabinets are arranged symmetrically along the corridor, matched with geometric multi-head artistic chandelier and embedded ceiling magnetic track lights. The central stepped leather storage island forms a exclusive high-end clothing collection space, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window brings natural forest view into the walk-in closet.

Side perspective focusing on wet zone cabinetry with oversized double drainer sink embedded in solid timber benchtop, modern matte black wall-mounted mixer tap above. Entire base structure uses handleless soft-close drawer system, one cabinet compartment customized to fully integrate built-in dishwasher with flush panel matching surrounding cabinet facade. Light oak timber flooring complements benchtop tone, large sliding glass door directly accessing exterior coastal yard, practical wet area construction suited for Australian family daily cleaning and meal prep routines.

Scott & Catherine Buley. High Tech Turf/LandscapeMakeover.biz. Our Rain Garden Nursery Vine Maple just planted and ready to leaf out. The design concept here was rather counter intuitive. This long strip close to the road was wet, so we installed a river-run rock walkway with drainage and an embedded tumbled stepping stone paver system. By using multiple materials in long strips, including recycled wood chips along the road, the multiple lengthy layers actually adds more '3-dimensionality' to this design, actually making it feel less close to the road. In addition, the light colored wood chips show road dust less, and contrast nicely with the hemlock. This results in less need to replenish or touch up the barkdust as frequently. 3 shrub form cisten plum in this area are just beginning to leaf out, and will add another "layer" of privacy near & opposite these windows as well.

Our Demonstration Home allows clients to experience all facets of home lighting design and control from inside to exterior. Our Lutron Homeworks Lighting Control system automates the exterior areas and several interior areas for a consistent look, energy savings and safety. By integrating recessed lighting at the peaks of the roof and under soffit areas, we are able to showcase the architectural appeal & texture of the brick and stone. Support lighting is accomplished through an embedded up-light in the driveway to illuminate the address block. Several sconces and landscape lighting provide the final layer of lighting design.

The library features intricate moldings and wood paneling designs inspired by classical and historical design precedents, with expert custom stains applied by master skilled artisans. The crown molding designs were adapted to incorporate today’s modern systems such as air conditioning as well as audio speakers to reduce their visual impact in the rooms. The modern steel and glass is softened by the red mahogany stained, continuous handrail and ribbon-like treads and risers. Luckily once the fire pit was complete we had the luxury of enjoy the warmth of the fire through the day. We even manage to cook a hot lunch a few days on the grill attachment of the fire pit insert. The Project included a two tier natural flagstone patio with a smokeless fire pit feature embedded in the top tier of the patio. Natural Stone steps and boulder retaining walls separate the two patio tiers as well as border the edges. Color changing LED landscape lighting was installed around the perimeter along with an impressive outdoor audio system. The project was finished of with surrounding landscaping and a sod yard.
