A custom headboard wall features an upholstered leather design with a lit display niche exhibiting the clients glass sculpture collection. The surrounding figured Anigre wood panels, provide additional storage. The floating night tables have curved proud drawer panels finished in a satin lacquer to complement the room’s dresser. Stainless steel sconces serve as visual interest, as well as functional reading lights.

Custom cement bar area with refrigerator and blackened steel custom shelving is accessed seamlessly from the family room via a fold-away open corner door system that stacks inside the walls.

This antique bronze front door communication panel interfaces with the phone, audio system and surveillance cameras. When a visitor presses the button, the home phone rings with a unique ring, the house audio system mutes and player a custom chime. Once the chime is completed, the audio gradually ramps back the the level it was originally playing at. Just pick up the phone and talk to whomever is at the door. Just for the record, the embedded HD camera is stored on a local and remote server for safe keeping.

Making small spaces count. In this tiny Guest Bathroom, Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson works magic with her selections of fixtures, finishes and hardware to visually enlarge the room. Selecting magnificent white marble pieces, laser cut in an oval shape and placed horizontally, Rebecca chose grey grout to surround each piece, giving it an embedded look. Carrying the feature wall from the toilet on into the back wall of the shower, this once tiny bathroom (painted red) gets a new lease on life! Rebecca’s creative solution to the lack of usable surface space was to design a custom ceiling mounted shelving unit above the toilet. Shown here, it's used for well-appointed accessory pieces but when necessary, can also serve the functional needs of guests for makeup bags, shaving kits, perfume and toiletries. The owner of this home in Maine involved Koncerted in the design process from day one, allowing us to create unique, integrated systems with no workarounds. Design was first priority for this client, so all tech—including whole home audio, full surveillance, video doorbells, home entertainment, and five televisions—was chosen and installed with a minimalist aesthetic in mind. Catherine lovingly placed most of this stone, and embedded the River Rock between basalt to "naturalize" the entire effect. Having the water flow under the walkway, added a much more realistic feel to the entire project.

The entire floor was covered in the Warmboard system, and then Hardi backer board ¼ inch was embedded in flexible tile adhesive and screwed down over the warmboard. The seams were all taped in with 5StarFinishes Adex fledx tape and megalite tile adhesive. The final installation had 5StarFinishes EIFS mesh applied over the hardi backer board after two layer of diluted quartz primer was applied. The final decorative layers of Microcement Floor Fine were installed over two smooth layers of Microcement Floor Base, and sponged to remove pin holes and trowel marks. We color matched the plaster to the shade Creek Bend. Final sealer was chosen to be 5StarFinishes Hi wear oil based sealer with Aluminum oxide for extreme wear and stain resistance. Completed in 2022. Install not including warmboard and Hardi backer board: $50,000

'Create Your Space' is extremely pleased to present one of its most prestigious Executive Custom Bathroom Tile Installations! It is definitely one of our top client designs and finish selections! They did an amazing job with the overall design of the space! The Tile on the walls are 24"x48" and the floor tiles are 24"x24" Slabs of Italian Porcelain. We installed a total Schluter Shower system including a vertical drain as well as chrome embedded trim which were recessed in the wall and floor to receive the custom shower glass. All of the tile was supplied by 'The Kitchen & Bath Place' and all plumbing fixtures were supplied by 'The Mermaid Gallery'. The Custom Tempered Glass Shower Wall was supplied & installed by 'Clear Cut Glass & Aluminum'.
