While working with the Exteriors By Mosby team, the homeowners revealed they would like their home to reflect a Craftsman style, and this was the key to an inspired re-design of their homes exterior. The exterior transformation begins by changing the 2nd story roof line from flat to gabled and installing CertainTeed Landmark 30-year architectural roof shingles. The old vinyl siding is replaced with a combination of CertainTeed insulated cedar board siding, cedar shake shingles in the 2nd story and garage gables, and vertical board and batten inside the front porch. The existing front door is retained and repainted to match the new overhead garage door. All the brick on the front façade was removed and replaced with cultured ledgestone. And the original front porch is demolished for a new concrete pour that is 12” deeper, with a new sidewalk, and 3 tapered columns with stone bases for a true Craftsman feel. The stone carries through to a new chimney, and in the backyard for 4 new columns supporting the covered patio overlooking the pool. Existing concrete decking was resurfaced or replaced. The homeowners are absolutely delighted with their exterior makeover, and feel secure about the enduring quality because the project is covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty.

Bathed in natural light and wrapped in serene neutrals, this remodeled bathroom blends spa-like indulgence with timeless sophistication. The walk-in shower, featuring sleek bronze fixtures, a rain showerhead, and a built-in bench topped with veined marble, is framed by hexagonal slate tiles underfoot. A half-wall of marble and glass offers privacy without sacrificing openness, seamlessly connecting to the vanity area. Twin vanities, adorned with warm taupe cabinetry, brushed bronze hardware, and expansive mirrors, provide symmetry and elegance, while pops of deep blue in the hand towels add a refreshing touch. This new build was designed with a modern organic approach, blending clean architectural lines with warm, natural materials to create a space that feels timeless, calm, and highly livable. The goal was to design a cohesive main floor that feels elevated yet approachable, with thoughtful attention to scale, proportion, and material layering. Soft neutral tones provide a quiet foundation, while warm wood finishes, subtle texture, and brass accents add depth and visual interest. Furniture selections were carefully curated to balance comfort and sophistication, ensuring the home feels welcoming without sacrificing design integrity. Lighting was intentionally layered to enhance both functionality and atmosphere throughout the space. The result is a refined, modern organic interior that feels collected, enduring, and tailored to everyday living — a home designed to age beautifully over time.

Retractable Screens, also known as Roll-up Screens and Vertical Rolling Screens are completely customized to meet the needs of the space. Easy to see through and completely retractable, exterior Retractable Screens create a cool, comfortable, insect-free environment without sacrificing your view. Designed to provide superior solar protection, they mitigate UV damage, optimize comfort and provide daytime privacy even in windy settings. Extra sun control can be achieved by increasing thread counts and weave density. Retractable Solar Shades provide energy-efficient sun shading, shelter against bugs and mosquitoes, climate control and rain/wind reduction while allowing outward visibility. Depending on screen fabric selection, our solar shade fabric selections are capable of blocking up to 95% of ultra-violet (UV) rays–saving up to 50% of the energy used to heat and cool homes. Motorize Retractable Screens provide control at the touch of a button. Somfy Motors allow activation by wall mounted toggle switch or several different types of remote control options. These Retractable Screens will stop at upper and lower limits and are able to stop any where along the travel path on command. Optional Manual Override features allow for operation in case of power outage for motorized units. Manual Operations are available on most models. Motorized Retractable Screens equipped with Somfy RTS motors may be upgraded for use in Smart Homes and operated via Smartphone or other Mobile Devices. This industrial liquor cabinet has been constructed in all steel and could be used as a centerpiece for your next party! This piece, like all of our furniture, can be built in any dimensions and customized in nearly any way imaginable. This one is 46.5” W x 18” D x 41” H. Built with rugged casters, this piece can double as a vintage bar cart or beverage center, but it can be out fitted with straight legs if you would like a stationary piece of furniture. It has been treated with a beautiful distressed chemical patina, but can be painted if you prefer a more colorful, uniform finish.
