Escape to a serene retreat nestled in Sawyer, Michigan, where city hustle fades into the tranquility of Harbor Country. This meticulously enhanced home now boasts a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication, perfect for family gatherings and year-round enjoyment.

The new Kitchen is defined by the long, linear island that becomes the workstation and hub for this busy urban family.
Existing wood floors were sanded down and refinished with a natural, matte look that was mirrored in the new upper cabinets. Floor to ceiling and base cabinets were painted a dark umber color to enhance the colors of the stained wood elements as well as the blue accent tile.
A recessed light cove that mirrors the strong linear lines of the space is centered on the island.

This is a Du château wood floor that we installed in Sarasota. After installation the wood is first cleaned before applying a hand rubbed oil finished to enhance color and to protect the wood from soil and stains. We also installed a Walker Zanger 3x6 glossy white subway tile for the kitchen backsplash.

Corian® Quartz Névé balances crisp white with subtle striations. It has strength and power and can offer a cooling visual element to a design scheme. Enhanced with small markings in grey, it coordinates well with dark as well as light neutrals. Pictured here with Corian® Elderberry as the countertop material.

The latest addition to the exquisite Nature's Way estate is a state-of-the-art outdoor tennis court, seamlessly blending functionality and elegance. This meticulously designed tennis court enhances the property's recreational offerings and provides a stunning venue for both casual play and competitive matches.

Overview of the kitchen, featuring integrated Sub Zero & Wolf appliances throughout. Custom Walnut base cabinets topped with quartz counters enhance the high gloss tall & wall cabinets. The square windows throughout the home & very linear shaped rooms are the signature style of the home's architect, notable Laguna Beach architect Mark Singer, and thus a feature we chose to embrace. This pool and spa is built in an affluent neighborhood with many new homes that are traditional in design but have modern, clean details. Similar to the homes, this pool takes a traditional pool and gives it a clean, modern twist. The site proved to be perfect for a long lap pool that the client desired with plenty of room for a separate spa. The two bodies of water, though separate, are visually linked together by a custom limestone raised water feature wall with 10 custom Bobe water scuppers.
Quality workmanship as required throughout the entire build to ensure the automatic pool cover would remain square the entire 50 foot length of the pool.
Features of this pool and environment that enhance the aesthetic appeal of this project include:
-Glass waterline tile
-Glass seat and bench tile
-Glass tile swim lane marking on pool floor
-Custom limestone coping and deck
-PebbleTec pool finish
-Synthetic Turf Lawn
This outdoor environment cohesively brings the clean & modern finishes of the home seamlessly to the outdoors to a pool and spa for play, exercise and relaxation.

This beautiful home has everything you need to feel the warmth of a home. I enhanced its visual impact by changing the original color of the front door (white) to match the shutters. I completed the job by properly preparing the surface, using high-quality materials specifically recommended for exterior paint, and achieved a flawless finish with a brush, leaving no marks or paint buildup.

This pantry backsplash features a multi-colored glass mosaic approximating .5" x .5". A light tan grout was used to compliment the predominant glass shade. Undercabinet lighting enhances the subtle contrast of the glass against the absolute black granite countertops to create a sophisticated and attractive tiled space.
