Our client requested a design that reflected their need to renovate their dated bathroom into a transitional floor plan that would provide accessibility and function. The new shower design consists of a pony wall with a glass enclosure that has beautiful details of brushed nickel square glass clamps. The interior shower fittings entail geometric lines that lend a contemporary finish. A curbless shower and linear drain added an extra dimension of accessibility to the plan. In addition, a balance bar above the accessory niche was affixed to the wall for extra stability. The shower area also includes a folding teak wood bench seat that also adds to the comfort of the bathroom as well as to the accessibility factors. Improved lighting was created with LED Damp-location rated recessed lighting. LED sconces were also used to flank the Robern medicine cabinet which created realistic and flattering light. The Cambridge Terrace Condominium project entailed a complete renovation of a triple-decker building into three luxury condominiums. A combination of white and black throughout creates a clean contrast, while the clear coat wood floor adds a splash of color and natural material. Outdoor decks and large double hung windows throughout flood the interior with natural light year round.

Manhasset Kitchen Renovation project that entailed a complete makeover including the removal of the entire kitchen down to studs and construction of a new kitchen and a new extension. French Patio Doors with full size Pella side light casement windows were installed to access a newly designed and constructed 800 Square Feet of custom stone terrace.

Bathroom Creation - This project entailed the construction of a half bathroom adjoining the master bedroom and kitchen to add an additional "bathroom" in the house. A washer and dryer closet was demo-ed to make way for new plumbing for the new bathroom (Toilet and sink) Result beautiful bathroom!

The master details a spacious room sitting under a 9-foot ceiling height and brightened by three tall windows. Behind barn doors lies the master bathroom, which entails two separate, large vanities with extra space for linen, a 6-foot deep soaking tub, a separate shower, and a compartmentalized toilet. From the master bath access is granted into the master walk-in closet.

The project encompassed design and build of the front and rear areas of the property as well as the building stone of the home. The project entailed front and rear hardscape, landscape, lighting, drainage, and irrigation. The design was very challenging due to the size of the home and the overall space constraints of the lot and topography. The project was situated with a very severe slope in the rear yard with limited space as shown in the water feature area finished photography.
