Pool House in Bronco | Key Feature: A Scottsdale new-build rooted in sculptural modernism, Bronco Revival balances bold black-and-white contrast with organic textures, natural wood elements, and statement lighting. As a groundbreaking “Live Lab” designer residence, it’s a first-of-its-kind space where luxury furnishings are tested in real-world conditions before being introduced into high-profile client homes.
Challenge: Because Bronco Revival was the designer’s personal residence, the project carried a unique level of pressure and intention. The challenge was creating a Scottsdale new-build that felt elevated and editorial while still functioning as a true family home. Every selection had to balance bold sculptural modernism (high contrast, statement lighting, architectural furnishings) with durability, comfort, and day-to-day livability. In addition, the home served as a “Live Lab,” meaning new vendors, materials, and luxury furnishings needed to be tested in real-life conditions before being trusted for future high-profile client projects.
Solution: We approached the project with a highly curated, test-and-refine design strategy, treating each space as both a finished interior and a real-world evaluation environment. Key furnishings, textiles, and materials were selected to support the modern organic vision while also standing up to the demands of everyday family life. We worked through selections intentionally, layering in bold contrast, natural woods, and sculptural statement pieces, while prioritizing performance materials, pet-friendly durability, and timeless foundational elements. By using the home as a lived-in showroom, we were able to validate what truly performs beautifully, refine our vendor relationships, and confidently carry those proven selections into future client designs.

Our individualized approach to decorating includes evaluating a property, listening to the homeowner’s unique wants and needs for the season, and then creating a customized decorating plan that matches each homeowner’s personality and love for the holidays.

This 1907 Brown Shingle Arts & Crafts home had significant dry rot damage and a 1970’s addition that required extensive re-building to repair. We took the opportunity to explore what the owners most wanted for their home and make design changes that would improve their experience of living in the house. The project brought the mismatched previous addition into harmony with the style of the original house, added a deck with good spaces for socializing, and made two home offices fit the needs of the owners. Design sketches and a cardboard study model with removable parts helped the clients visualize ideas and evaluate options.

To move or not to move — that is the question many homeowners are asking as they consider whether to upgrade their existing residence or pack up and find a new one. It was that exact question that was discussed by this homeowner as they evaluated their traditional two-story home in Fontana. Built in 2001, this cedar-sided 3,500-square-foot home features five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a full basement.
During renovation projects like the these, we have the ability and flexibility to work across many different architectural styles. Our main focus is to work with clients to get a good sense of their personal style, what features they’re most attracted to, and balance those with the fundamental principles of good design – function, balance, proportion and flow – to make sure that they have a unified vision for the home.
After extensive demolition of the kitchen, family room, master bath, laundry room, powder room, master bedroom and adjacent hallways, we began transforming the space into one that the family could truly utilize in an all new way. In addition to installing structural beams to support the second floor loads and pushing out two non-structural walls in order to enlarge the master bath, the renovation team installed a new kitchen island, added quartz countertops in the kitchen and master bath plus installed new Kohler sinks, toilets and accessories in the kitchen and bath.
Underscoring the belief that an open great room should offer a welcoming environment, the renovated space now offers an inviting haven for the homeowners and their guests. The open family room boasts a new gas fireplace complete with custom surround, mantel and bookcases. Underfoot, hardwood floors featuring American walnut add warmth to the home’s interior.
Continuity is achieved throughout the first floor by accenting posts, handrails and spindles all with the same rich walnut.

Mrs. Deighan loved to cook, but hated her kitchen.
It was nonfunctional, inefficient, and an eyesore.
The sink was in the corner under low cabinets. The awkwardly placed fridge made it impractical for the entire family to be working together.
And that was a big deal.
She wanted a beautiful place to cook and entertain.
Besides the cramped space, the old, brown plywood cabinets were falling apart.
Because the cabinets were low, under-cabinet lighting was useless.
The kitchen was dark.
The previous owners had updated the flooring, but only by putting uglier tiles over the old vinyl.
And the ceiling had a leak stain.
It was time for a big change.
The Deighan's called Amos from ALL Renovation & Design.
Amos’s many successful remodeling projects done for them over the years had forged a friendship that made him the obvious contractor of choice.
Amos sat down with them and asked them to make a dream kitchen list.
If budget were of no concern, what would the space look like?
Once the Deighan's had their list, Amos helped them to evaluate each investment, taking into consideration the age and value of the home.
Then Amos presented a plan that fit perfectly in the Deighan's budget.
The basic U-shaped kitchen layout stayed the same.
Modern, creamy white custom cabinets replaced the dark plywood cabinets.
The fridge moved to make space for more cabinets.
The biggest challenge was moving the laundry room wall a few feet.
Moving it was necessary to add more space, but, since the wall was load-bearing, moving it required extra attention.
It was worth it.
Extra space allowed the counter to extend and the sink to move.
After the hard work ended, the reason for the transformation became reality.
Now “we can have the whole family in there comfortably and working together,” Mrs. Deighan said.
She loves her kitchen.
Especially the windowed cabinets that show off her fiestaware.
And when you see the beautiful St. Cecilia granite countertops, with Milstone Sari porcelain mosaic tile backsplash, maple flat-panel cabinets with under-cabinet lighting, and all new appliances including a double oven, you will see why she does.

The original idea was to update the tile floor and the tub. That’s it.
A further discussion of wants and needs revealed intentions for an eventual larger shower and an improved vanity storage. It made sense to map out the possibilities and design our update with potential next steps in mind. The process was exciting, ultimately leading to the decision to do a full primary bath remodel.
Design Objectives:
-Maintain existing locations for all major bathroom functions
-Make the shower larger and more open
-Use luxurious materials throughout
-Improve vanity storage and define accessories for specific items
-Incorporate luxury shower fixtures
-Include the latest technology
Design Challenges
-Enlarging the shower in a typical rectangular shape would block the view and light from the alcove windows behind the tub
-Logical placement of the built-in shower caddy and all shower components in accordance with how and where they were to be used
-Keeping the long, back wall free from any shower modules to maintain the decorative tile design
-Combining the owner’s existing smart home system with a comprehensive shower system
-Planning cabinetry for hidden storage and use for various small appliances and make-up
-Integrating expensive shower wall tile with less expensive wall tile for aesthetic and budget purposes
-Incorporating special design features to balance the highly decorative shower tile
Design solutions:
-A clipped corner was planned for the shower bench seat – this allowed for a larger glass wall. The glass wall at the angled bench also brought more natural light into the shower
-Thoughtful shower space design prevented the crowding of features – the shower caddy and handheld shower head were placed on the full-height wall by the shower bench, the regular shower head and body sprays remained on the opposite wall, and the rain head was placed in the center of the shower
-A multi-port DTV system was installed, providing control of all shower components, including chromotherapy and music inside and outside the shower
-The lavish water-jet stone and glass decorative tile was paired with a less-expensive glass tile found in the mosaic
-Pull-out grooming organizers and electrical docking stations were incorporated into the cabinetry
Additional storage was created in the lower corner cabinet
The homeowners are thrilled with their new primary bathroom. Clear goals and carefully evaluated materials informed a fun and functional design that is both thoughtful and sumptuous!

This family originally brought us in to replace their outdated, impractical island—but once we evaluated the space, their need for natural stone, and desire for more storage, the project evolved into a full kitchen transformation using our budget-friendly line.
The result? Storage was doubled, and countertop space nearly tripled. The new oversized island now serves as a stunning centerpiece and a highly functional workspace for prepping, gathering, and everyday living.
Beyond the numbers, the entire kitchen feels brighter, more open, and designed for how they truly use the space—combining style, function, and lasting value.

THE SETUP
This remodeling project transformed a catchall room into a cinema-style theater designed for family entertainment and relaxation. The original space, which housed a small TV, older furniture, and various children’s toys, was reimagined to create a sophisticated, adult-friendly home theater with ample seating and modern amenities.
Design Objectives:
Create a Dark Theater Space: Ensure the room mimics a traditional movie theater environment.
Provide Comfortable Theater Seating: Include enough seating for the family and guests.
Integrate a Dry Bar Area: Include a space for snacks and drinks.
Optimize Space Utilization: Maintain an open area for additional activities.
Design Challenges:
Natural light: The room was too bright for a theater setting.
Seating: Accommodating six theater seats without obstructing views.
Lighting: Ensuring the lighting does not interfere with the viewing experience.
AV: Finding a clutter-free solution for AV equipment.
Dry Bar: Incorporating a dry bar area without overcrowding the space.
Viewing: Ensuring the TV placement allows for comfortable, optimized viewing.
THE RENEWED SPACE
Design Solutions:
Natural Light Control: Installed blackout remote shades on the back window and painted the walls dark charcoal to reduce natural light infiltration.
Seating Arrangement: Built a second level for the back row of seating to ensure unobstructed views for all movie watchers.
Lighting Design: Installed sconces on either side of the window that shine from the sides (to avoid interfering with the viewing experience).
AV Equipment Storage: Utilized existing recess areas with custom shelves matching the cabinetry and concealed cables using a PVC pipe system.
Dry Bar Integration: Created a dry bar area on the back wall with a refrigerator, candy storage, and a small counter space for a popcorn machine and ice maker, with locked drawers to prevent unsupervised access.
Optimal Viewing Distance: Evaluated multiple floor plans and placed the TV on the most suitable wall to ensure optimal viewing and comfortable reclined seating.
Final Thoughts:
The completed home theater has been a resounding success, providing a versatile space for the entire family. The thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail have created a functional and enjoyable home theater that meets diverse needs, from watching movies and playing video games to relaxing and reading. The areas to the sides of the theater seats can accommodate spillover seating or activity zones. The area housing the AV equipment also includes extra shelves for storing snuggle-grade movie viewing blankets. This theater space has become a favorite hangout spot, offering comfort and entertainment for everyone.
This view shows the dual level theater seating, bean bags, open AV shelving on the right to tuck the cables which our installers ran behind the TV with PVC piping.

The Phi Delta Theta house in Davis, California has been rooted in generations of use. The home was originally occupied in 1916 by the Calpha Agricultural Fraternity that eventually evolved into the California chapter of Phi Delta Theta. The original building was evaluated for renovation in the early 2000’s and it was determined renovation was impractical. The building was demolished and design was completed to maintain the original character of the building’s deep historical roots. Monley Cronin was selected and completed full reconstruction of the facility in 2013. Much of the exterior appearance and character of the building was maintained in the new facility. The building houses 19 beds and has dining and living space for 75.
