In order to relocate the double ovens within a proper working area of the range we reclaimed space from the garage without encroaching on parking allowances.

A primary axis was created parallel to the house’s orientation. A pergola constructed atop masonry columns anchors one end of the terrace while directing the eye towards a fire table on opposite side. This view is framed with boxwood hedges and brick columns intended to define each space.

By moving the range to the backside of the panty wall, coupled with the addition of a European style vent hood, we created a design focal point while solving the issue of proper ventilation.

This Southampton home received a completely renovation in 2015-2016. The homeowner came to us looking for custom designed, custom-made kitchen, bathrooms, butler pantry, spa room, laundry room and wet bar. Here is a peek of the kitchen design we came up with for this home.
