800 Sq.Ft. Custom 100% Cedar Deck. We used a 6" wide decking piece as the border/picture-frame, then used 4" wide pieces for the main fill. Lights built into the stairs that come on automatically at sunset and turn off automatically at sunrise. Two custom planters on either side of a bench. Upper deck dining area was the new expanded portion and is built into the hill connected to the lower deck by a nice flared set of stairs.

Folding doors at the end of the family room open to bring the pool inside. A strong visual axis connects the fire pavilion and pool with the family room, encouraging a walk outside to the distant jewel. High windows and vertical siding are inspiration to invoke the interior of a barn. The family room is open and comfortable for small or large gatherings.
