The project had a tight time table and needed to be functional throughout the duration of the construction. The project consisted of a light demo of selected existing floors, cabinets and fixtures. We installed new flooring in the contracted areas. In addition we installed new doors on the existing cabinets in the kitchenette area and installed a new dry bar feature in the media center. We installed new recessed lighting throughout the facility and removed all of the old decorative lighting and fans and replaced them with more modern updates. We finished this project on time and with a full paint.

We were tasked with removing some old clay tennis courts and constructing brand new state-of-the-art padel courts in their place. Our team ensured the work was performed at the highest standards in the industry, and we ensured we were following all of the school's procedures and processes. The project included demolition, removal of materials, the sourcing of new materials, ground work, concrete, the construction of the courts, installation of a brand new state-of-the-art illumination system, turf, and social area installations, clean up, and automation of the courts.

This classic cable rail was fabricated out of steel in sections at our facility. Each section was welded together on-site and painted with a flat black urethane. The cable was run through the posts in each section and then tensioned to the correct specifications. The simplicity of this rail gives an un-obstructed view of the beautiful surrounding valley and mountains. The front steps grab rail was measured and laid out onsite, and was bolted into place on the rock steps. The clear-cut grabrails inside for the basement stairs were formed and mounted to the wall. Overall, this beautiful home nestled in the heart of the Wyoming Mountains is one for the books.

Spratley & Partners completed the dramatic transformation of the 430-acre site in Hampshire into the UK’s most eagerly anticipated, luxury hotel in 2018, after a significant programme of restoration works which began in 2009 for private investment company, Morningside Group. Later, modern additions to the site, which was being used as a conference centre and wedding venue, were largely unsympathetic and not in-keeping with the original form and layout; the house was extended in the 1980s with a block of bedrooms and conference facilities which were small, basic and required substantial upgrading. The rooms in the listed building had also been subdivided, creating cramped spaces and disrupting the historical plan of the house. After years of careful restoration and collaboration, this elegant, Grade II listed Georgian house and estate has been brought back to life and sensitively woven into its secluded landscape surroundings.

Located in the heart of a 1920’s urban neighborhood, this classically designed home went through a dramatic transformation. Several updates over the years had rendered the space dated and feeling disjointed.
