Clients' first home and there forever home with a family of four and in laws close, this home needed to be able to grow with the family. This most recent growth included a few home additions including the kids bathrooms (on suite) added on to the East end, the two original bathrooms were converted into one larger hall bath, the kitchen wall was blown out, entrying into a complete 22'x22' great room addition with a mudroom and half bath leading to the garage and the final addition a third car garage. This space is transitional and classic to last the test of time.

Lovely transitional style custom home in Scottsdale, Arizona. The high ceilings, skylights, white cabinetry, and medium wood tones create a light and airy feeling throughout the home. The aesthetic gives a nod to contemporary design and has a sophisticated feel but is also very inviting and warm. In part this was achieved by the incorporation of varied colors, styles, and finishes on the fixtures, tiles, and accessories. The look was further enhanced by the juxtapositional use of black and white to create visual interest and make it fun. Thoughtfully designed and built for real living and indoor/ outdoor entertainment.

The floating vanity was custom crafted of walnut, and supports a cast concrete sink and chrome faucet. Behind it, the ship lap wall is painted in black and features a round led lit mirror. The bluestone floor adds another layer of texture and a beautiful blue gray tone to the room.

This study off the kitchen acts as a control center for the family. Kids work on computers in open spaces, not in their rooms. Green linoleum covers the desk for a durable and cleanable surface. For this project, the initial inspiration for our clients came from seeing a modern industrial design featuring barnwood and metals in our showroom. Once our clients saw this, we were commissioned to completely renovate their outdated and dysfunctional kitchen and our in-house design team came up with this new space that incorporated old world aesthetics with modern farmhouse functions and sensibilities. Now our clients have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitchen which is perfect for hosting and spending time in. Modern Farm House kitchen built in Milan Italy. Imported barn wood made and set in gun metal trays mixed with chalk board finish doors and steel framed wired glass upper cabinets. Industrial meets modern farm house

Floating stairs are crafted from solid oak beams salvaged from a barn in Oregon. The stringer is black painted steel. The enclosed stairwell acts as a sculptural anchor.
