Exotic woods, vintage pieces and abstract art is almost the definition of Eclectic Design. When Client H met CURE Senior Designer, Cori Dyer, they seemed to be design soul sisters from the very start! Loving bright colors and mixing old and new is what makes this space unique!

A cascading chandelier of delicate glass droplets descends like suspended raindrops over an elongated stone-topped table; its smooth, organic surface reminiscent of riverbeds shaped by flowing water. The rug beneath the table recalls an abstract landscape of green, sand, and brown, echoing lush fields, flowing rivers, and rain-drenched earth. Accents of greenery and sculptural decor provide balance, allowing the room to feel alive yet composed.

A large and appears to be modern or contemporary in style. The walls are painted a light gray, and the flooring is a light wood. The main piece of furniture is a king-size platform bed with a white headboard. The bed is made up with a red and black comforter and several pillows. There is a large painting on the wall above the bed. The painting is abstract and features shades of red, black, and gray. On the left side of the image, there is a 2 mirror in the side of bed. In the corner of the room, there is also a potted plant. Overall feeling of the bedroom is likely to be one of modern simplicity with a touch of boldness.

The room is a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort. The walls are painted in a soothing, neutral tone that complements the rich, dark wood flooring. A pair of cream-colored sofas with soft, inviting cushions face each other with colorful Thibaut fabric pillows . A large, woven wool area rug in muted shades anchors the seating area. Above the mantel hangs a stunning piece of original art—a large, abstract painting with vibrant splashes of color that bring energy and life to the space. On the opposite wall, a gallery of smaller, framed artworks adds an eclectic yet curated feel. Overall, the room exudes a sense of refined comfort, where every element is thoughtfully chosen to create a space that is both visually stunning and incredibly inviting.

A linen upholstered headboard and slate blue velvet euro shams set a tone that's immediately calm. The hand-knotted indigo rug layers in richness without weight, grounded by warm greige walls and floor-length drapery that softens every edge of natural light. A dark walnut nightstand, marble-base table lamp, and abstract landscape canvas in charcoal, cream, and amber bring just enough contrast to keep the room from feeling flat.

Crisp picture-frame molding walls meet a Noguchi glass coffee table and a oversized linen sectional, the kind of pairing that feels relaxed and considered at the same time. Charcoal velvet drapery frames the light without fighting it, while a geometric abstract canvas in sage and lavender gives the room its personality. The walnut media console, cognac leather accent chairs, and layered vintage-style rug do the rest

Sometimes the house just tells you what it wants. And sometimes that house belongs to an accomplished interior designer. And sometimes that designer and her hilarious son and their little white dog want to be surrounded in stunning natural light, great modern art, tons of plants, and pastel splashes of rock and roll. This was a complete "fixer" bungalow purchased by Jamie and lovingly renovated into this fun, happy space it is today. Friends and family love to gather here as everyone feels immediately "at home". Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone, Greg Vining Plumbing, and McEwan Hardwood Floors.

Neutral color palette: Soft whites, warm beige, taupe, and natural wood tones create a calm and airy atmosphere. Wood-paneled tray ceiling: The light wood ceiling adds warmth and architectural interest, while the recessed tray detail gives the room height and elegance. Modern ceiling fan: A sculptural three-blade fan adds a sleek contemporary touch. Large windows and natural light: Tall windows and open doorways flood the space with sunlight and connect the interior to the lush greenery outside. Clean-lined furniture: The low-profile sofa and large square coffee table emphasize simplicity and comfort. Layered textures: Upholstered seating, woven textiles, rugs, and decorative pillows soften the modern lines and make the space feel inviting. Minimal decor: The striped abstract artwork introduces subtle color without overwhelming the neutral scheme. Indoor-outdoor connection: The view of tropical landscaping and the open adjoining spaces reinforce a relaxed luxury-home aesthetic. Built-in bar area: The blue-gray built-in cabinetry with glass shelving adds sophistication and a subtle contrast to the otherwise light palette.

Bright and fun is the best description of this collaborative project. It started with a phone call from Meredith Miller, an out-of-state designer working for a client who recently relocated to Severna Park. Colorful, distinctive and classic — one can’t help but feel happy after spending time in this combination living/dining room. A comfortable and inviting vibe is created by the natural textures and patterns of the floor and window coverings. Abstract art in the living room, painted by New York artist Valeri Leuchs, adds to the vibrant, yet serene atmosphere. Valances and banded drapery panels, with patterns and colors from nature, complement the bright natural light streaming in through the many windows. We love collaborating with designers and completing their visions with the perfect window treatments!

We updated this dark family room with light gray tones balanced by pops of purple and blush. We love the textures from the fabrics and the watercolor pattern on the rug. Updated the built ins and fireplace with a gray toned white paint.

This guest bathroom presented an opportunity for a wow-factor; a surprising pop for guests to discover. Champagne gold fixtures and hardware contrast against the green tile, as the abstract mirrors also contrast against the rectilinear grid behind them. We love to push central guest accessible spaces towards more expressive when it makes sense. These expressive punctuation marks where form is pushed to be dominant creates a dynamic feeling for the entire home.

This dining room exudes a refined yet relaxed elegance, blending coastal and classic design elements. The focal point is a glass-top dining table surrounded by rattan chairs with soft blue-green cushions and patterned lumbar pillows, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Behind the table, built-in cabinetry painted in a muted green provides both storage and display space, its brass hardware adding a touch of warmth. A large, abstract painting in calming tones of blue, green, and amber harmonizes beautifully with the cabinetry, while a gold and white buffet lamp adds height and sophistication. Overhead, the chandelier brings texture and a hint of glamour to the space. The look is grounded by an intricate rust-and-cream rug that adds warmth and contrast, tying together the soft, coastal hues with a rich, traditional foundation. Overall, the room feels serene, sophisticated, and effortlessly stylish.
