Removed baseboards, removed ceiling fan, removed popcorn ceiling, painted ceiling white and walls a mint color after filling up the holes and imperfections. Removed door and painted the door white and installed all new brown hardware and door knob with a new brown door stopper. Then installed a new ceiling fan, installed the vinyl flooring and replace the receptacles and light switches with new plates. Installed new baseboards and caulked. Final touch a nice white couch for filming youtube videos.

We made the center island smaller and added the eat-in breakfast area - transforming the kitchen. New appliances from Cafe Appliances, and a custom oven hood, refinished the green marble counters, new fabulous lighting from Visual Comfort, and collected Italian plates and baskets filled out the decor

A vase filled with peacocks, a vintage floor lamp and a fretwork mirror highlight this dining space by Marks & Frantz for the New York Design Center at DIFFA's Dining by Design 2015 in New York City. The table-scape won Best in Show out of 50 luxury dining environments, and was featured in Architectural Digest and the New York Times.

modern farmhouse entertainment center we built to be used in a living room with a television, leaving space for movie storage and game consoles. Can also be used in a kitchen as a stand alone island with storage for cookbooks, plates and serving utensils. Top is made from reclaimed and salvaged barnwood, cut up in our shop and arranged into geometric patterns in our famous "Scissor-tail" style. Any cracks in the old barn wood we fill with epoxy and seal with a topcoat so you don't have to worry about crumbs getting into cracks and crevices. This piece is on casters and is super easy to move around from place to place.

This dining room design in Raleigh, NC proves that traditional style is anything but dated. Our team at Lavish transformed the formal dining room with a showstopping detail overhead: a chinoiserie botanical wallpaper applied to the tray ceiling, framed by layered crown molding and soft blue walls with classic wainscoting. The clients' mahogany Chippendale dining set and antique sideboard were honored rather than replaced — refreshed with Greek key upholstered seats, a gilded leaf chandelier, black-shaded buffet lamps, an equestrian oil painting, and a collected arrangement of majolica and porcelain plates on the walls. Floral drapery and a soft antique-style rug complete this elegant space for entertaining. Across the hall, the sitting room design leans into the same collected, heirloom sensibility. A tufted leather Chesterfield sofa sits beneath a floor-to-ceiling gallery wall of gold-framed art, vintage posters, and family treasures, while an antique secretary desk, brass bamboo nesting tables, and playful patterned pillows keep the room personal and warm. A sculptural gold leaf pendant adds just enough sparkle overhead.
