This light open kitchen has made cooking a fun-filled, family event. The large island is a gathering space and the center of the great room that encompasses the kitchen, living area and dining area. Clean lines and a refined material palette transformed the Moss Hill House master bath into an open, light-filled space appropriate to its 1960 modern character. Underlying the design is a thoughtful intent to maximize opportunities within the long narrow footprint. Minimizing project cost and disruption, fixture locations were generally maintained. All interior walls and existing soaking tub were removed, making room for a large walk-in shower. Large planes of glass provide definition and maintain desired openness, allowing daylight from clerestory windows to fill the space. Light-toned finishes and large format tiles throughout offer an uncluttered vision. Polished marble “circles” provide textural contrast and small-scale detail, while an oak veneered vanity adds additional warmth. In-floor radiant heat, reclaimed veneer, dimming controls, and ample daylighting are important sustainable features. Removed baseboards, removed ceiling fan, removed popcorn ceiling, painted ceiling white and walls a mint color after filling up the holes and imperfections. Removed door and painted the door white and installed all new brown hardware and door knob with a new brown door stopper. Then installed a new ceiling fan, installed the vinyl flooring and replace the receptacles and light switches with new plates. Installed new baseboards and caulked. Final touch a nice white couch for filming youtube videos.

Nick Modular Sofa - This corner sofa is provided with an adjustable metal back frame. Back cushions are filled with feathers contained into separate chambers. Seat cushions are placed on a wooden frame that is supported by intertwined elastic belts. They are divided into separate chambers filled with a mixture of small polyurethane foam cubes and feathers. Backrests contain sterilised anti-allergy goose feathers. The base is made of polished chrome-plated metal. Remark: backrest cushions are included with all sofas. Made in Italy.
