Angela Kearney, Minglewood, LLC - We brought this downtown front yard to life by removing the lawn and installing a path of granite steppers and a connected patio niche. To finish the space, we layered drought-tolerant plants to feed and flourish.

This custom Fireplace was used as the anchor for the large patio area. Evergreen plantings of large rhododendrons, camellias, and portuguese laurels were used to give separation from the neighbour's house.

Always wanting an island for dining and prep, this homeowner decided it was time to remodel the kitchen.
Removing the peninsula made the room more open and airy, and allowed for the island to create a stunning focal point. We saved on budget by refacing the existing cabinets and building a custom island --this allowed room in the budget to upgrade to a marble backsplash--another classic that will remain timeless for decades.
Pulling in some neutrals like whites and greys and then injecting her favorite color blue, the kitchen became an extension of her! Quartz countertops in Torquay and classic shaker-style cabinets make this a coastal classic design. The blue is just the cherry on the cake, or should we say blueberry?

This photo was taken four years after completion of the landscaping. Four years ago, we renovated this desolate, weedy front yard by creating terraces with beatiful stone retaining walls. Then we added colorful, drought tolerant plants that grow so well in San Francisco's Mediterranean climate. We installed drip irrigation and concealed it with attractive ginger rock pebble mulch.

Kitchen respecting the age of the building (1920's) with a european loft touch to it. It's composed of certain black cabinet and others of noble and timeless walnut custom cabinetery. The countertops actualizes the area with partials of quartz. For comfort, heated flooring was integrated. And finally, an 8 feet by 6 feet back lighted fake window gives the occupant the feeling of having breakfast in paris every morning.
