Streamlined cabinetry in soft beige creates a clean, uninterrupted look, with integrated appliances maintaining the contemporary aesthetic. Recessed lighting throughout the space ensures an evenly lit environment, while subtle ceiling fixtures above the island add a refined touch. We transformed this dated, cluttered Lakeview primary bathroom into a clean, inspiring space that makes you just want to either attack the workday or just lounge about on a lazy weekend morning. We fully gutted the space and relaid out portions of it to make it a more usable and inviting space. We removed an old unused jacuzzi that was acting as a laundry basket. We turned the shower alcove that was dark and small into an open storage area with floating shelves. We built a wide open spacious shower to take advantage of the bright, natural light from the skylight above. And we installed a single sink vanity with lots of counter space and an LED mirror above it for beautiful even lighting. With the new floating vanity, it gives the illusion of an even larger area due to more visible larger tiles underneath. Overall, it flows better and makes for a more coherent and bright space.

Christine Lefebvre Design’s goal for this bathroom redesign was to create an elegant, streamlined, and hardworking space that would feel as though it had always existed in the home. Design services included two-dimensional design drawings (floor plans and elevations); material and fixture selection including lighting, plumbing, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware, tile, and paint; tile installation design; and budgeting.
This 55-square-foot space received a gut renovation, though locations of the plumbing fixtures and walls were left unchanged. A door that had previously separated the shower/toilet area from the vanity was removed, and the doorway was opened to the ceiling, to create better flow through the space and to make the room seem larger and more welcoming.
Christine Lefebvre Design designed the tile layout with a mix of field tile sizes. Our installation incorporated tile accessories (robe hooks, towel bar ends, and switch plate cover), base moldings, and radius trim for a completely custom tile installation. Radius trim and specialty tile pieces also played their part in the design of a seamless shower niche. Multiple handrails were specified for the shower/toilet area to make the space more accessible. A TRAX shower rod was mounted to the ceiling, with custom liner and shower curtain made to reach from ceiling to floor.
Christine Lefebvre Design changed the sink faucet from a standard deck-mount to a wall-mount, and incorporated it into an extra-high granite backsplash. This was done for aesthetic reasons and to help the homeowners keep clean the heavily-used sink. Granite for the countertop was fabricated from a remnant sourced from a local stoneyard. All plumbing fixtures are Kohler. The new flooring is gauged slate.

These Canton, MA homeowners wanted to transform their standard build master bath into a more opened up and luxurious space.
Knowing they would be living in the home for many years, the couple wanted a comfortable and spa-like feel. To achieve this, Renovisions Design and Remodeling removed the existing door to the bathroom and re-worked a pocket door into the design creating a better flow into the bath from the master bedroom.
Replacing the existing fiberglass one-piece shower/tub with a custom built walk-in shower provided a larger space that is both functional and beautiful and a highly desired space to wind down at the end of their long workdays. Gorgeous porcelain tile compliments granite shelving, shower seat and curbing that was fabricated to match the existing vanity countertop. A frameless glass enclosure created a half-wall allowing for more light into the room yet ensures privacy.
Just a step away, a thermostatically controlled, programmable heated floor entices the homeowners on chilly mornings.
Now the clients have the master bathroom suite they had always wanted.

This small kitchen space needed to have every inch function well for this young family. By adding the banquette seating we were able to get the table out of the walkway and allow for easier flow between the rooms. Wall cabinets to the counter on either side of the custom plaster hood gave room for food storage as well as the microwave to get tucked away. The clean lines of the slab drawer fronts and beaded inset make the space feel visually larger.

This remodel was one worth waiting for! Clients had a need for more storage, more counter and more room for entertaining friends and family. They love color and low maintenance materials so we went with a lovely happy green cabinet color, quartz counters, fun large hex porcelain floor tile and easy to clean backsplash. The original kitchen was lacking good flow, ample storage for this family.
We started in the laundry room but re configuring the layout so now the W/D and fridge could be on one wall which opened up space for a drop area. We removed the old small closet that was the pantry and replaced the old water heater with a tank-less one to allow more place where they needed it the most. Drop area has outlets for charging and one in the broom cabinet as well. We removed the door to allow for us to relocate the garage entry door which now sits in the mud room instead of right in the middle of the kitchen. We added an actual walk in pantry which is equipped with drawers and plenty of shelf storage, we put the small appliances in here to allow for more counter space in the kitchen. To access the kitchen is now through a pocket door which is a big space saver and allows a more open feel.
Let's get to this kitchen design! This was a odd layout before, now we have the fridge tucked away in it's proper home instead of sticking out. We relocated the garage entry door to the mud room to allow for this 36" range in its place featuring a pot filler as well. To maximize the kitchen footprint we closed up the door that went to the office and now we have a full L corner with plenty of storage and added some wood shelves for a sense of warmth and displace space in a beverage bar area, which also features an under-counter beverage fridge. Under-cabinet lighting, island fixture , a pendant above the sink and relocated the recessed lights to work better with the new kitchen layout. The island was a new addition which replaced the peninsula that used to cut off the kitchen from the rest of the home. We also removed a built in bookshelf and relocated the return air to the ceiling to free up even more floor space to truly transform this kitchen into the heart of the home.

This Park Avenue pre-war apartment was renovated and decorated in 2004 for a prominent movie producer, who hired us again in 2011 to establish a more contemporary tone. The original work included upgrading electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems, plus improving the flow of public and private spaces. Existing furnishings were used at the time, but more recently the décor was modernized to streamline and simplify space within the traditional envelope of the apartment.

The 1990’s renovation of this kitchen failed to capture the home’s original character and architectural style. Major structural and mechanical changes, including the complete removal of a load-bearing wall, opened design solutions to improve function and sight lines within the first floor. An abandoned space hidden by the previous renovation was restored to create an intimate seating area.
The kitchen was completely rearranged, redesigned, and dramatically furnished to achieve ideal form, flow, and function. Architectural details were carefully duplicated throughout. Greenfield brand cabinetry, creative lighting, and natural stone countertops are just a few of the details that complement the home’s original character.

This beautiful kitchen remodel has an urban modern rustic feel. This kitchen was once a closed off small kitchen and our clients desired an open space. A wall was demoed and opened the space to the living room to create a large open area. This L-Shaped kitchen has a beautiful brick tile backsplash giving this space an urban look. Warm cabinets and light countertops work well with all these neutral colors. Stainless steel appliances flow through this kitchen including double ovens and wine fridge! The floors are a beautiful light porcelain wood that gives this room an overall modern rustic look.
