The full bath and shower off the lake provides easy access to clean up from a full day outdoors. The shower niche tile (seen in mirror reflection) is repeated in the shower floor, and sets above a long linear bench. This clean rustic bathroom is perfect for guests and family.

Striking hallway design with polished concrete floor, gritty exposed concrete walls and grey stone wall tiles, textures well combined together to achieve the bold industrial look, complemented with wooden staircase that bring a natural feel to the hallway interior.

This kitchen had a big transition! Walls, soffits, laminate countertops and the old tile backsplash were all torn out and a doorway was widened to make room for the ‘new’ improved kitchen. Granite countertops were installed and an 18 gauge stainless steel apron sink was added. Functional as well as striking, the large undermount sink has a built in soap dispenser, water filter and insta-hot faucet. New cabinets were added and both new and existing cabinets were refaced in white with new Amesbury doors and drawer fronts added. Indie the cabinets, full extension rollouts and a lazy susan were added to upgrade the storage capabilities.

We were asked to create a hang out zone that perfectly showcased this DJs off the charts collection — this Moorestown, New Jersey Industrial Basement was the answer! This 1800sf area was completely unfinished and WOW what a renovation and interior design transformation! We designed and delivered the best mancave zone ever with a kitchenette, island, stadium seating, a full bath, fireplace, DJ studio, and gaming zone. BUT the best part is that these rustic wood walls create a masculine backdrop to over 170 extremely cool collection pieces. Check out the gaming area of this hang out zone! Not only does it house TONS of jaw dropping platnium records of SO many famous artists, it also is the key display area for all the awards this DJ has received through the years (and did you see his studio on the right … no other photography of that though). All this is backdropped by polished concrete flooring. Another key highlight ont hsi view: metal stair rails with cables!

Call it what you want: a man cave, kid corner, or a party room, a basement is always a space in a home where the imagination can take liberties. Phase One accentuated the clients' wishes for an industrial lower level complete with sealed flooring, a full kitchen and bathroom and plenty of open area to let loose.

Custom reclaimed log bed with bent blackened steel side tables. Photography by Manolo Langis Located steps away from the beach, the client engaged us to transform a blank industrial loft space to a warm inviting space that pays respect to its industrial heritage. We use anchored large open space with a sixteen foot conversation island that was constructed out of reclaimed logs and plumbing pipes. The island itself is divided up into areas for eating, drinking, and reading. Bringing this theme into the bedroom, the bed was constructed out of 12x12 reclaimed logs anchored by two bent steel plates for side tables.

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes. Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture,and accessories. Our carpenters labored every detail from chainsaws to the finest of chisels and brad nails to achieve this eclectic industrial design. This project was not about just putting two things together, it was about coming up with the best solutions to accomplish the overall vision.
