The outdoor dining area opens up the opportunity to dine and gather in the outdoors at home with friends and family. A modern steel pergola custom designed and built for the space adds shade and is treated to match the home's color palette.

Small backyard with lots of potential. We created the perfect space adding visual interest from inside the house to outside of it. We added a BBQ Island with Grill, sink, and plenty of counter space. BBQ Island was cover with stone veneer stone with a concrete counter top. Opposite side we match the veneer stone and concrete cap on a newly Outdoor fireplace. far side we added some post with bright colors and drought tolerant material and a special touch for the little girl in the family, since we did not wanted to forget about anyone. The open air gable roof cabana houses an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances, raised bar area and a large custom stacked stone fireplace and seating area making it the ideal place for relaxing or entertaining.

This classic combination of stone, stucco and cedar makes for a dramatic look of craftsman style. I love the ledge stone look on this application, the paint colors match up perfectly with the color of stone. Just a tip, it's always a good idea to wait until the stone is applied until you finalize your color selections for stucco, stain and paint, for the best possible outcome. You just never know how the light will accentuate the stone. this will provide you with more control over the final product.

This Ranch Hacienda hillside estate boasts well over 13,000 square feet under roof. A loggia serves as the backbone for the design. Each space, both interior and exterior, has a direct response to the linear expression of outdoor space. The exterior materials and detailing are rustic and simple in nature. The mass and scale create drama and correspond to the vast desert skyline and adjacent majestic McDowell mountain views. Features of the house include a motor court with dual garages, a separate guest quarters, and a walk-in cooler. Silverleaf is known for its embodiment of traditional architectural styles, and this house expresses the essence of a hacienda with its communal courtyard spaces and quiet luxury.
