This one is near and dear to my heart. Not only is it in my own backyard, it is also the first remodel project I've gotten to do for myself! This space was previously a detached two car garage in our backyard. Seeing it transform from such a utilitarian, dingy garage to a bright and cheery little retreat was so much fun and so rewarding! This space was slated to be an AirBNB from the start and I knew I wanted to design it for the adventure seeker, the savvy traveler, and those who appreciate all the little design details . My goal was to make a warm and inviting space that our guests would look forward to coming back to after a full day of exploring the city or gorgeous mountains and trails that define the Pacific Northwest. I also wanted to make a few bold choices, like the hunter green kitchen cabinets or patterned tile, because while a lot of people might be too timid to make those choice for their own home, who doesn't love trying it on for a few days?At the end of the day I am so happy with how it all turned out! --- Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors. A full renovation of a Primary Bath Suite. Taking the bathroom down to the studs, we utilized an outdoor closet to expand the space and create a large walk-in wet room housing a shower and soaking tub. All new tile, paint, custom vanity, and finishes created a spa bathroom retreat for our wonderful clients.

The guest bath features floor to ceiling glass tile in a calming sage green, while the freestanding cabinets are a bright white. Behind the freestanding tub teak shutters open to the bathroom's private garden and outdoor shower. The walls are lava rock and the shower head is a custom stone waterfall. The teak mirrors are framed by glass pendants. The gold fixtures add a pop of glamour to the all white vanities and the soft green of the shower. The shower floor is gray pebbles to compliment the gray floor and the lava rock outside in the garden.

www.genevacabinet.com Geneva Cabinet Company, Lake Geneva WI, It is very likely that function is the key motivator behind a bathroom makeover. It could be too small, dated, or just not working. Here we recreated the primary bath by borrowing space from an adjacent laundry room and hall bath. The new design delivers a spacious bathroom suite with the bonus of improved laundry storage.

This master bath was designed to modernize a 90's house. The client's wanted clean, fresh and simple. We designed a custom vanity to maximize storage and installed RH medicine cabinets. The clients did not want to break the bank on this renovation so we maximized the look with a marble inlay in the floor, pattern details on the shower walls and a gorgeous window treatment.

Waynesboro master bath renovation in Houston, Texas. This is a small 5'x12' bathroom that we were able to squeeze a lot of nice features into. When dealing with a very small vanity top, using a wall mounted faucet frees up your counter space. The use of large 24x24 tiles in the small shower cuts down on the busyness of grout lines and gives a larger scale to the small space. The wall behind the commode is shared with another bath and is actually 8" deep, so we boxed out that space and have a very deep storage cabinet that looks shallow from the outside. A large sheet glass mirror mounted with standoffs also helps the space to feel larger. A small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. Guest Bathroom - This Guest bathroom offers a tub/shower and large vanity in one room and across the hall is a powder room with a small vanity and toilet. The large white tile in the tub area are stacked to offer a very clean look. The client wanted a glass door but without the track. We installed a swing door that covers about half the tub area. The vanities have flat door and drawer fronts for a very clean transitional looks that is accented with round brass hardware. The mirror is built-in to a featured tile wall and framed by two alabaster sconces. The dark blue tile floor complements the vanities and the age of the overall home. The powder room features three floating shelves for décor and storage.
