This Girl's Bath features cabinetry by WW Woods Eclipse with a square flat panel door style, maple construction, and a finish of Arctic paint with a Slate Highlight / Brushed finish. Hand towel holder, towel bar and toilet tissue holder from Kohler Bancroft Collection in polished chrome. Heated mirror over vanity with interior storage and lighting. Tile -- Renaissance 2x2 Hex White tile, Matte finish in a straight lay; Daltile Rittenhouse Square Cove 3x6 Tile K101 White as base mold throughout; Arizona Tile H-Line Series 3x6 Denim Glossy in a brick lay up the wall, window casing and built-in niche and matching curb and bullnose pieces. The original hall bath had vinyl flooring, a "Big Box" vanity and an acrylic tub. Now, a the walnut vanity and Carrara hexagon floor compliment the rich blue walls and brass fixtures. The dark grey grout enhanced the subway tile in the shower adding much needed interest to the shower.

This is an example of a mid-sized contemporary partial sun backyard mulch vegetable garden landscape in San Francisco.

When designing this kitchen update and addition, Phase One had to keep function and style top of mind, all the time. The homeowners are masters in the kitchen and also wanted to highlight the great outdoors and the future location of their pool, so adding window banks were paramount, especially over the sink counter. The bathrooms renovations were hardly a second thought to the kitchen; one focuses on a large shower while the other, a stately bathtub, complete with frosted glass windows Stylistic details such as a bright red sliding door, and a hand selected fireplace mantle from the mountains were key indicators of the homeowners trend guidelines. Storage was also very important to the client and the home is now outfitted with 12.

Custom cabinetry materials include gray-washed white oak to compliment the new flooring, along with white gloss uppers and tall, bright blue cabinets. Details include a chef-style sink, quartz counters, motorized assist for heavy drawers and various cabinetry organizers. Jewelry-like artisan pulls are repeated throughout to bring it all together. The leather cabinet finish on the wet bar and display area is one of our favorite custom details. The coat closet was ‘concealed' by installing concealed hinges, touch-latch hardware, and painting it the color of the walls. Next to it, at the stair ledge, a recessed cubby was installed to utilize the otherwise unused space and create extra kitchen storage. The condo association had very strict guidelines stating no work could be done outside the hours of 9am-4:30pm, and no work on weekends or holidays. The elevator was required to be fully padded before transporting materials, and floor coverings needed to be placed in the hallways every morning and removed every afternoon. The condo association needed to be notified at least 5 days in advance if there was going to be loud noises due to construction. Work trucks were not allowed in the parking structure, and the city issued only two parking permits for on-street parking. These guidelines required detailed planning and execution in order to complete the project on schedule. Kraft took on all these challenges with ease and respect, completing the project complaint-free! Luckily, they regained control of their vehicle 4 feet from the project, avoiding a huge disaster!
