This was a flip for a developer client, who wanted to maximize the use of space in a small kitchen and with a minimal budget. The original kitchen was gutted, and the new kitchen built from scratch. He used appliances he had leftover from another job. Using grey cabinetry minimized the contrast of the stainless steel look, making the kitchen feel larger.
The kitchen was made of modified IKEA components. Awkward spaces between standard sized cabinets were filled in with wood trim. The two-toned approach made the kitchen seem larger with heavier grey on the bottom and lighter white on the top.

This small guest bedroom is decorated in a traditional Italian style. We played off different colors of gold and brown to give this space a true lap of luxury feel. Simple modern elements like the sideboard made this room feel light even with all the heavier color tones.

Before the renovation, the kitchen had dated builder-grade cabinetry, short upper cabinets, and a bulky soffit that made the space feel heavier and less efficient. The updated design introduced taller cabinetry, brighter finishes, improved storage, and a more refined overall look.

This tight frame shows the texture, color variation, and interlocking form of authentic clay, along with the craftsmanship behind valley cuts, ridge alignment, and water-flow channels. The reinforcement beneath heavier tile zones ensures long-term stability in the Hill Country climate. The finish reflects the high-touch workmanship that Schulte Roofing brought in from San Antonio roofing experts who are known for elevating clay tile roofs beyond appearance into lasting performance.

This kitchen kept its existing cherry cabinetry and layout, with the renovation focused on updating the countertops, backsplash, and island surface throughout the space. The original counters featured a dark speckled granite with a stone mosaic backsplash behind the range, giving the kitchen a heavier, more dated feel despite the quality of the existing cabinetry.

This family room had plantation shutters across the large window. We've added a set of drapery panels in heavier off white fabric with a dark chocolate color block in the bottom. We've repeated this color in drapery poles that were cut to the width of the panels. This room has strong contrasting dark chocolate coffee table and the side table. Other colors in the room are fresh and light.

In this picture we replaced the beautiful, but more traditional dining room suite with a more contemporary table with linen upholstered chairs. The side board is a whitewashed piece with polished wood on the top. There was not mirror previously, and new mercury glass lamps were fitted with oval shaped lamp shades. To create the perfect size piece of art for the wall, we found a frame at a thrift store and floated it around the original art piece. The new sparkling silver finish chandelier replaced a heavier style chandelier.

A farmhouse coastal styled home located in the charming neighborhood of Pflugerville. We merged our client's love of the beach with rustic elements which represent their Texas lifestyle. The result is a laid-back interior adorned with distressed woods, light sea blues, and beach-themed decor. We kept the furnishings tailored and contemporary with some heavier case goods- showcasing a touch of traditional. Our design even includes a separate hangout space for the teenagers and a cozy media for everyone to enjoy! The overall design is chic yet welcoming, perfect for this energetic young family.
