The unfinished wood shutter doors of this family room are a study in the art of commanding attention with minimal effort. Light and airy these wood doors let the natural rings of the wood do all the work. Clean and classic these doors intensify every pop of color in the room as the eye catches the fiery orange accessories against the ash blonde of the wood. The custom Jacoby tint on the glass door only adds to the blend of light naturalistic colors heightened by flashes of warmth.

Find the right local pro for your project

This South Asheville couple previously entrusted The Hands of Sean Perry Co. with their kitchen renovation, transforming the room into the culinary space of their dreams. Four years later, they got back in touch with another request: a new, covered front entryway to protect packages (and guests) from the elements while also matching the home’s existing aesthetic.
The crew worked with a local mason to install a new brick landing and stairs, then added a roof, posts and railings to close in the space. Next, they upgraded the front door, doorbell and entry handle set, also installing new lighting and composite louvered shutters to complete the refreshed-yet-traditional look.
A stylized house number, assuring guests that they’ve arrived at the right place, provided the finishing touch to this home’s heightened curb appeal — and the clients couldn’t have been more pleased with the results, ensuring they’ll never arrive home to a soaked stoop again.

Outdoor Pool & Landscape Lighting-
A volcanic firepit adds a wondrous pool lighting effect. The awe of the fire is heightened by the adjacent falling water of the natural stone waterfalls designed by the Cipriano Landscape Architecture office.

Our St. Pete studio gave this gorgeous home a beautiful makeover with a neutral color palette that nicely highlights the thoughtful design details. We added cottage-style barn doors for the bathroom giving it an elegant charm that heightens the stunning designs of the space. In the kitchen, we used the classic black and white theme, punctuated with organic elements like plants and wooden shelves that create a warm, lived-in feel. We added an attractive area rug in the dining room along with beautiful artwork and statement lighting to create visual interest. In the powder room, soft blue walls, a stylish console sink, and an elegant gold-rimmed mirror add panache.

For this small Toronto condo, our main goal was to heighten function while adding our client’s personal style throughout. To create a more spacious and welcoming feel focused on furniture with clean lines, minimal accents, a comfortable sectional to seat multiple guests, and an artwork display creates a welcoming relaxed interior.
For the bedroom, we chose a black and white color palette with layered textures and patterns. A deep red throw gives the room a burst of rich color!

Goal: Turn a starter home into a family home.
In the mid-2020s market with interest rates heightened and home prices through the roof, more and more families find themselves looking to place deeper roots in what they bought as a “starter home.” This family bought their 1600 square foot home prior to having children, but they’ve now expanded to a family of six. Having fallen in love with their neighborhood, they came to us looking for a way to expand their shared living spaces while also reworking some of the bedrooms to allow older kids their own space.
The project program includes a new primary suite and laundry room on the back of the existing bedroom wing. The three existing bedrooms remained virtually untouched with only limited aesthetic updates. Additionally, it rearranged the front entry door from a hidden single door to a welcoming double door and shifted the kitchen to allow for a foyer and increased dining room space. The kitchen opens up to the new secondary living room with a large island dividing the two spaces.

A black and white kitchen consists of two adjacent ante spaces: a general sized work area and a large breakfast / family room. Here, a dropped tiered ceiling provides excellent lighting for the counters below, while giving a heightened ceiling feeling. Cove lighting, under counter lighting, and recessed lighting add to the aura.

This ranch type home underwent a whole house transformation, giving it a classic-California Mediterranean blend. The exterior was given a heightened look with El Dorado Stone accents. New entry walls were crafted and lined with sweet water flagstone to coordinate with the stone walkways. Walking through the native landscaping layered with a vast array of indigenous succulents provides a delightful flow to the custom arched entry door by Jeld Wen. The existing driveway has been replaced in favor of new concrete pavers supplied by Belgard, which contrast beautifully with a light yet muted smooth troweled stucco. This home remodel brings a unique personality, contrast, and sophistication for a complete home remodel.
