A view of the kitchen from the entry of the home reveals vibrant red quartz countertops which reflect our client's Indian heritage and love of color. The bright color palette integrates well with other areas of the home, such as the dining and family rooms, which are a deep red and purple, respectively. In order to visually connect the kitchen and family rooms, we also brought purple from the family room into the kitchen, and green from the kitchen into the family room.

This was a great project, caring for a restored historic home nestled in the foothills of San Luis Obispo. With this much trim, painting with Sherwin Williams Duration Satin Finish really paid off for our clients. We used our own 10K White custom color, which weathers extremely well in our cold moist nights/hot dry days temperature extremes. The period-correct body color was arranged by Vickie at Sea Country Interior, and is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful trim.

Heritage natural thin stone veneer from the Quarry Mill adds character to this double-sided outdoor fireplace. Heritage natural stone veneer offers a range of tans, ambers, and red tones in random rectangular shapes. The various sizes of this stone make it a great choice for large and small projects. Using Heritage on larger projects like chimneys, stone pillars or columns, and outdoor structures will transform them into earthy decorations. Smaller projects like accent walls or mailbox surrounds will provide a natural looking touch. The mix of colors and textures add diversity to any décor, making Heritage stone useful in any project.

A glass/stone mosaic backsplash contrasts dramatically with red quartz counters. Well-placed bronze sculptures further reflect our client's heritage and add a spark of additional life to the room's vibrant color palette.

Our reclaimed barn wood siding is a mix of species harvested from barns and other rural structures here in the Appalachian Mountains. This authentic barn siding is weathered and faded to its present day condition. The wood has been hand selected, de-nailed by eye, and board ends have been trimmed. We back-plane each board to maintain the integrity of the wood's face, at the same time ensuring equal thickness so that, once laid, it will create a smooth and even surface. The shiplap milling, and straight edging of the ends makes for a perfect fit! This inventory is one-of-a-kind with its distinct heritage and classic features.

Buechel Stone's Chilton Heritage blend is full of color and perfect for dressing up the exterior of a home. This thin-veneer limestone is snapped to some rectangular, some irregular shapes to give the joint pattern an asymmetrical aesthetic.

This house is discreetly tucked into its wooded site in the Mad River Valley near the Sugarbush Resort in Vermont. The soaring roof lines complement the slope of the land and open up views though large windows to a meadow planted with native wildflowers. The house was built with natural materials of cedar shingles, fir beams and native stone walls. These materials are complemented with innovative touches including concrete floors, composite exterior wall panels and exposed steel beams. The home is passively heated by the sun, aided by triple pane windows and super-insulated walls.

The full exterior view places the red porch entrance within the home’s tall Victorian-style brick facade and pointed gables. Dark trim connects the small entry canopy to the surrounding windows and roof details, showing how the refreshed porch fits the scale and character of the house.
Cedarstone Renovations rebuilt and straightened the front-entrance porch on this century-old East York house. Deep red paint and dark trim refresh the entrance while complementing the Victorian-style brick exterior of this Toronto home.
