This is a quintessential Colorado home. Massive raw steel beams are juxtaposed with refined fumed larch cabinetry, heavy lashed timber is foiled by the lightness of window walls. This custom bathroom combines modern craftsmanship with a grounded, organic aesthetic. A long custom vanity in light oak is topped with honed black stone, contrasted by soft plaster walls and minimalist lighting. The irregular mirrors and natural textures introduce an artisanal feel, while the adjacent spa shower creates a private retreat experience. Built by Heart Construction, this space reflects the firm’s signature approach — refined, intentional, and deeply connected to material honesty and light.

Designed by Hunter and Miranda Mantell-Hecathorn and built by the skilled MHB team, this stunning family home is a must see on the tour!
