Cherry custom cabinetry by Wood-Mode (tm) with granite countertops anchor this highly functional and efficient kitchen. This gorgeous kitchen is illuminated by beautiful high-end pendant lights, along with high-efficiency LED under-cabinet lights and recessed cans.

Lagoon-side property in the Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA. Entertaining and enjoying the views were a primary design goal for this project. The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings. If Budget Blinds of Bothell were designing a Custom Drape for one of our customers in Kirkland, WA I couldn’t do much better than this. The first thing I would ask my client is what color or colors are also going to be in the same room with the draperies. Orange is a very happy color and is one of my favorites because it goes so well with another color that is a favorite of mine which is Chocolate. I challenge you to do a search for photos with orange in them and tell me what you see. I’ll tell you what you will see! Lots of chocolate. There will be an ascent wall or main wall painted chocolate. There may be chocolate stained hard wood floors or maybe a chocolate drapery rod with the drapes made with a chocolate grommet on the top. You might see a chocolate colored edge binding on the drape. Look for an area rug with orange or chocolate in it and of course the pillows. In this picture there is an orange pillow to help bring the color into the room. Then of course you will need some complimentary colors such as the beige couch and chairs in this picture. Check out the lighter color in the honeycomb shades behind the drapes and the chocolate stained coffee table with the white top. Try some blues and greens as well but not to much as the color of the day in this room is orange and chocolate.

Wells Street is an exclusive residential development in Redfern on the edge of Sydney's CBD, consisting of a house, three contemporary terraces and the refurbishment of three heritage terraces. No stuffy refurb here. There is almost a sense of joy, a celebration of houses reborn, streetscapes renewed. Our fresh take on Mediterranean design for Vicki Gunvalson of the Real Houseives of Orange County included a brand new kitchen remodel with Moroccan influences in a creamy white, worn grey and gilded gold color palette. The matte Spanish white walls are adorned with natural unglazed clay tile from Morocco, the lantern light fixtures with carved wood tassel embellishments are custom, the appliance package includes Thermador, Miele and subzero, upholstered bar stools push up to the custom carved wood island with calacatta marble, succulents were arranged in antique wood dough bowls and all cream white dishes and worn wood accessories were used to soften the ambiance.
