Bedroom closet after renovation. We created a new closet space that provided a flattering and clean look without impinging on bedroom floor space when the doors were opened.

Collaborating with the architect we came up with a suitable plan after several iterations. It took some time as the lot was non-conforming and the home extension could not impinge on the established root system of the mature trees as advised by the arborist.

Looking for a nice clean crown molding, but what something different? These homeowners did just that with a simple clean flat molding applied to the wall and ceiling to create this look.

Dated vanity impinging into the door & large medicine cabinet are replaced with a better fitting off-the-shelf pieces. We'll replace the existing medicine cabinet with a framed mirror. A new wall cabinet over the Toto toilet holds all the essentials & has room for towels.

The family room stretches across the back of the home taking in all the magnificent forest views. The deep cove ceiling treatment cleverly hides ductwork while creating a modern take on cove molding. The lively green cabinets evoke the owners Irish roots and house the bar and coffee stations. The cabinet doors full fold back to not impinge on the user.

This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. The Silestone countertops in the Lyra finish have an ogee bullnose edge. The floors are finished in a rich brown porcelain tile of varying sizes that are made to resemble distressed wood.
