Our project is particularly challenging as it is in an historic district with a lot of rules. Becky and her team were absolutely the right pick for this as they expertly navigated the complexity. We recently asked Pantuso for some follow up work on your restoration project. There is an old barn on the back of our property that was falling down. We had some vague ideas to do "something" with it and Becky and her team helped us envision something wonderful! Once the design was done they navigated the approval process with the village for us. It was not a simple process in our historic district. They managed surveyors, contractors, architecture review meetings, and delivered us something better than we thought possible. Becky makes everything better!

Becky and her team have gone above and beyond for our project, and we haven’t even started building yet. She is creative, professional, and attentive. I knew she was “the one” the first day she was at our property. Amazing ideas and insight- she definitely picked the right career. Everyone we have worked with at Pantuso has been wonderful.

Eight years ago, my husband and I bought a beautiful piece of wooded land in Hiram Township. We hoped to build a house there which would have to comply with the restrictions of the conservation easement. After doing a little research, we chose Becky whose enthusiasm for our setting and plans continued to encourage us as we worked our way through numerous complex requirements. She designed a stunning Greek Revival house which fits its location beautifully and also meets our hopes for a family centered woodland retreat. She was so easy to work with, so positive, and a terrific manager of her team. David Schelhorn took over the detail work, did thorough research on historical aspects of the design including the double fireplaces and brick bake oven that will form the center of the house. We are really looking forward to the construction of the house and completion of our long-anticipated custom home.
