The decking was sinking due to improper support at installation. The decking was removed and Mexican Beach Pebbles were added for drainage and Texture.

The original indoor pool had huge moisture problems. The building shell developed mold and decay in the roof structure due to improper ventilation. We rebuilt the roof structure with better insulation and moisture management. Replaced all windows.

We Removed an Improperly built wooden deck and Installed a Raised Bluestone Patio. We Reused the Railings from the Previous Deck to keep this project in budget for the clients and to allow them a beautiful outdoor space that will last for many many years.
