Somewhere in the northeast Shorewood neighborhood of Milwaukee near the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a kitchen was ready for a fresh start. The owners wanted something clean, modern, and white—a space that would actually work with how they cook and live, not against it. They weren't just swapping out cabinets and calling it done. This was a full transformation: tearing down walls, rewiring the electrical, rerouting plumbing, updating the HVAC. New insulation, fresh drywall, better lighting. The kind of work that happens behind the scenes but changes everything about how a room feels. Then came the visible magic: crisp white cabinetry that maximized storage, countertops chosen for both beauty and durability, new flooring that tied it all together, and appliances that could keep up with real life. Every permit filed, every material selected with intention, every phase carefully managed. The result? A kitchen that flows. Electrical is done and we're on to insulation. Tons of can lighting on two separate circuits for the gym and office halves of the building, with dimmers for late nights in the office, make for a wonderfully customizable lighting experience. Detached Home Office and Gym space built off the deck of a home for use by two work-from-home parents that needed more space. A great budget-friendly alternative to expensive home addition projects!

When the drywall and tile were replaced the crew brought in the lovely vanity with matching linen closet and new toilet. Then the team assembled the frameless glass shower with a glass shower barn door. Once the remodel was done, the DCI team finished up with fantastic colors and accessories that speak to this client's wonderful taste in decor.

We removed old MDF siding and replaced it with Crain Insulated 7" exposure vinyl siding. We replaced the windows with Andersen 400 Series, and added custom Azek Fascia to the windows and doors.

For this windows and roofing project in Collegeville, PA, we installed high-quality fiberglass windows and metal roofing. The focus was on durability and energy efficiency. Infinity's argon-insulated panes and fiberglass frame help to keep heating and cooling costs low for a long time, especially since that frame won't war, expand, crack, or rot. Metal roofs also tend to reflect heat back to the source, keeping it in the home in the winter and outside in the summer. Our metal roofs can easily last up to and longer than 75 years, so in terms of durability and energy efficiency, fiberglass windows and metal roofing was the best call.
