This is an example of a huge contemporary full sun backyard gravel pond in Santa Barbara for summer.

Before the transformation, this space featured an empty wall with built-in shelves and cabinets lacking a clear focal point. The area felt incomplete and underutilized, with a void where the client envisioned a warm, inviting centerpiece. The existing setup had potential but needed a design upgrade to truly bring the room together.

This was a standup shower that we converted in to a linen closet with custom made cabinets and shelves. Door and casing have no arrived yet, which is why it looks incomplete.

This is an incomplete project--we need to finish up with the accessories, but we mixed a lot of fabrics and textures to create a very interesting and fun space!

Brookhaven bathroom remodel rescued a mid-project renovation left incomplete when their former contractor bailed. We rebuilt the shower with tile, added dual niches, installed quartz vanity countertops, upgraded lighting and hardware, and corrected plumbing and HVAC issues. The result: a luxury bathroom renovation done right, combining style and function for Brookhaven and ITP Atlanta homeowners.

This Featured Project is a complete outdoor renovation in Weston Florida. This project included a Covered free standing wood pergola with a cooling mist irrigation system. The outdoor kitchen in this project was a one level bar design with a granite counter and stone wall finish. All of the appliances featured in this outdoor kitchen are part of the Twin Eagle line. Some other items that where part of this project included a custom TV lift with Granite and stone wall finish as well as furniture from one of the lines featured at our showroom.
