We're a little obsessed with this gorgeous porcelain tile that looks like concrete from Spec Ceramics & comes in some great sizes. For a small kitchen, we packed in a lot of punch with new stainless steel appliances, white shaker style cabinets, quartz counter tops, vintage penny tile backsplash, the addition of an island, and some fun and functional lighting. Built in 1860 we designed this kitchen to have the conveniences of modern life with a sense of having it feel like it could be the original kitchen. White oak with clear coated herringbone oak floor and stained white oak cabinetry deliver the two tone feel.

We basically squeezed this into a closet, but wow does it deliver! The roll out shelf can expand for folding and ironing and push back in when it's not needed. The wood shelves offer great linen storage and the exposed brick is a great reminder of all the hard work that has been done in this home! Joe Kwon
