Oh for the love and definite need of a pantry. They also help in designing where to place these major appliances. Fridges do need clearance so it is good to not stick them in a corner. Plus it's nice to have the counter between the fridge and wall/microwave oven as an extra place to set dishes, etc. down. Notcie the colour behind the glass doors and below - that the same blue as in the island - it really adds charm to this kitchen. When designing a large kitchen you do not want to loose cozy warm heart of the home aspects - adding colour and treasures is a nice touch.

This very inviting and tranquil living room makes it feel very relaxing and cozy. The living room blue walls make this a calming space to relax in.
