This beautiful open concept kitchen is lit up by wonderful natural light. All white cabinets and countertops are paired perfectly with light hardwood floors to create a bright space. Matte black fixtures and Vigo faucet contrast nicely against the white subway tile backsplash and white cabinets. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances complete the look of this amazing kitchen.

Who wouldn't want to hang out in this vibrant kitchen morning, noon, night and snack time? This rivetingly colorful kitchen never fails to wow. Appetite stimulating red cabinets feature wood knobs and pulls. There's island seating as well as a breakfast nook with a view and ample bench seating with extra storage. The custom maple countertops are polished on the sink side of the kitchen but unpolished on the kitchen island. The original kitchen was confined within four walls and our clients were eager to create a more open floor plan to provide more social interaction between the home chef (mom) and the 4 men in her life. By removing walls and borrowing a few extra square feet from the adjacent laundry room we were able to incorporate a 48” refrigerator and range, extra storage, a central island, increased workspaces and banquette seating into this modestly sized kitchen. This project was designed to provide both high function and high style while optimizing the influx of natural light from the enlarged kitchen windows. We maximized the space and created an open floor plan that improved traffic flow between the adjacent rooms. The clients desired an Industrial and Contemporary look for their new kitchen. The original town home kitchen was smaller in size with a larger dining and family room area. Heavily influenced by the feel of New York lofts, the project started with strong and sturdy combination of metals, dark blues, woods, and greys. A softer, matching backsplash was added to balance and create a second focal point in the room.
