I can honestly say that this is the worst professional I've ever worked with. Outright fraud and horrible service. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I did a lot of research before I chose NuKitchens to do my kitchen renovation and I now know I made the right decision. After perusing the showroom and checking out all the cabinet options, I met with Joe Najmy (the owner) at my house. I told him my ideas and he helped me tweak them and then he assigned Pippa Ellis to put our design to paper. It’s a small kitchen, but we had to remove two walls and create a pantry from an existing bar area. I love, love, love it! Pauline is a 100% devoted, knowledgeable genius at what she does. She’s not only in charge of customer service, but knows how to handle everyone and everything. She’s terrific at what she does and a huge asset to NuKitchens. I could not have been happier with the contractor, Kevin. He’s a master at his craft, a perfectionist and a phenomenal problem solver. Kevin is very easy to be around and I love how he never gets flustered when an unknown problem pops up…and they always do. He’s very respectful of the customer’s home and knows how to keep the job site organized and as clean as possible. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen from NuKitchens!

We absolutely love our new kitchen, family room and bar by Nukitchens! Heather Rumore is an amazing designer who helped us through a very challenging redesign of our space. She was creative, flexible and easy to work with. Our contractor, Eddie Ribiero is a talented craftsman, neat and a good communicator. We were so happy with his work. A special shout out to the rest of the team - Doug, Karen, and Pauline. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Nukitchens.

I used Nukitchens to furnish and install 60 luxury kitchens on a large residential project in Greenwich, CT. They are great guys and I'm looking forward to using them again in the near future.

Nukitchens has an extensive showroom which greatly helps to see the product options and the differences between various cabinet manufactures. Don Clemmenson, in particular, was an excellent designer. He was easy to work with, explained options clearly, very good with details, and offered suggestions without being pushy. Because he has a background in architecture, he has a great sense of scale and functionality when developing layouts. For example, he started with the layout that my remodeling architect proposed. Don was the only one (of 3 designers I contacted) to see that the pantry could be moved into the adjacent laundry room, which would greatly increase the counter space on each side of the oven. It was a brilliant improvement in the kitchen layout. I very strongly recommend that you contact Don Clemmenson at Nukitchens. You will not be disappointed.

I strongly recommend NuKitchen, particularly Don Clemmenson. My wife and I extensively renovated an 83 year old home over the last two years. The kitchen and baths were all complicated small spaces. Don and the NuKitchen team created plans and provided insights that we did not feel was matched by the several other firms we interviewed. His service and sense of taste throughout the process was exceptional. If you are contemplating a kitchen or bath vanity project, I wholeheartedly recommend Don and NuKitchen.

I'm an architect and also do residential renovations as a developer. We first used Nukitchens for a complete renovation of the kitchen in our own home. We were so pleased with the process and finished results that we have since used Nukitchens on business projects in Connecticut and Florida. Whether the kitchen budget was modest or lavish, we received the same great addition to detail and customer service. Heather offers excellent design service and I've always felt that we are able to communicate as professional to professional rather than as if I'm working with a salesperson. Their installation teams have all performed great work in a timely and neat manner and communications from their office regarding scheduling, helpful reminders, etc. is excellent. I had a great experience working with designer Don Clemmenson. He had great ideas but was also patient and willing to work within my taste and budget. The end result was even better than I could have hoped for!

Nukitchen is the worst! To seal the deal they promise you everything and quite literally, deliver nothing. Do not sign their so-called contract... my “contract” was entered into long after COVID-19 became an issue, and Nukitchen specifically promised that the virus would not impact delivery dates. Nearly 4mos later & I have received absolutely nothing in exchange for the $$$$ I paid. The contract provides no promise of delivery & does not allow for cancellation due to failure to timely deliver. Nukitchen strung me along &lied as to when the cabinets would be built & delivered in an effort to deny me the opportunity to cancel the order per what the contract that allows, “Cancellation to any portion of this contract after the plan has been released to the Customer, but before fabrication has begun, will incur a 20% fee.” 7times I demanded my order be cancelled & Nukitchen refuses to acknowledge. Have notified Conn. BBB & Consumer Protection Office of the Atty General.

Very pleased with our Nukitchens experience. They were very professional and easy to work with and finished on schedule. They helped with many small details like the faucet that make the kitchen our favorite place in our remodel. We would defintely recommend and would use in any future remodels.

We love our NuKitchen! Our designer, Don, nailed it on the first round and then proactively worked on the details to keep us on a budget we could afford with a design we could brag about. Everyone we dealt with was beyond kind and pleasant to work with. Our designer, Don, followed everything through from the beginning of the design phase to the final details which really went beyond NuKitchens responsibility in terms of scope of work. Any natural hiccup in the process was met with patience and a well thought out, cost sensitive, solution. The installation was overseen by Doug who has a tremendous amount of experience and was readily available to ensure a smooth install. Pauline and Karin at the home office were super friendly and made sure all the little design details and scheduling flowed with all the trades. The owner, Joe gave his team the reigns but was always aware of the progress on our project and had terrific advice at the outset to help keep my easily distracted design eye on budget but still delighted. The hook with NuKitchens from the beginning was the absolute absence of a hard sell and the complete focus on getting me the design and functionality I wanted on a budget I could afford
