Our client wanted an outdoor living space for her Border Collies and rescued cats. We used her existing patio and gave it a good power washing, fresh paint and we brought in Rough Sawn Redwood to create the fence and cat walks. We also added the trellis to support her healthy plants that would provide shade during the hotter months and bring several hummingbirds to home. PC: Aaron Gilless

A modern linear fireplace becomes the focal point of the living room, surrounded by decorative blue tile that introduces subtle color and texture to the space. Crisp white paneling and simple trim maintain a clean backdrop while the geometric tile pattern adds a Mediterranean-inspired detail.

This open-concept living room combines clean architectural lines with warm materials to create a relaxed Mediterranean-inspired gathering space. White vertical wall paneling frames a modern linear fireplace finished with patterned blue tile, while soft neutral furnishings and natural light from large windows keep the room bright and inviting.

The open dining and living space continues the home’s Mediterranean aesthetic with warm wood flooring, simple architectural lines, and modern lantern lighting. A large rectangular chandelier defines the dining area while the adjacent living room and fireplace create a comfortable setting for gathering.

This kitchen vignette highlights the custom oven cabinet wall featuring a built-in Wolf double oven integrated into cream shaker cabinetry. Marble countertops and a sage green subway tile backsplash introduce subtle Mediterranean character, while a wall-mounted industrial-style sconce provides focused task lighting over the countertop bar area. The layout combines refined materials with practical workspace for everyday use.

A dramatic curved staircase anchors the entry of this Mediterranean-inspired home. Warm wood stair treads contrast with smooth plaster walls, while custom wrought iron railings wrap the sweeping staircase and upper gallery. The arched opening beneath the stairway frames the foyer and creates a welcoming architectural focal point.

This powder bathroom features a custom vanity accented by deep blue cabinetry and decorative tile details that introduce a vibrant Mediterranean influence. A wall-mounted faucet and clean-lined sink keep the space refined, while the patterned tile and warm finishes add texture and character to the compact powder room.
