A minimal insertion into a densely wooded landscape, the Collector’s Pavilion provides the owners with an 8,000 sf private fitness space and vintage automobile gallery. On a gently sloping site in amongst a grove of trees, the pavilion slides into the topography - mimicking and contrasting the surrounding landscape with a folded roof plane that hovers over a board formed concrete base. The clients’ requirement for a nearby room to display a growing car collection as well as provide a remote area for personal fitness carries with it a series of challenges related to privacy and security. The pavilion nestles into the wooded site - finding a home in a small clearing - and merges with the sloping landscape. The building has dual personalities, serving as a private and secure bunker from the exterior, while transforming into a warm and inviting space on the interior. The use of indirect light and the need to obscure direct views from the public right away provides the client with adequate day light for day-to-day use while ensuring that strict privacy is maintained. This shifting personality is also dramatically affected by the seasons - contrasting and merging with the surrounding environment depending on the time of year. The Collector’s Pavilion employs meticulous detailing of its concrete to steel to wood connections, exploring the grounded nature of poured concrete in conjunction with a delicate wood roof system that floats above a grid of steel. Above all, the Pavilion harmonizes with it’s natural surroundings through it’s materiality, formal language, and siting. For a family putting down lasting roots in Park City, this 10,000-square-foot estate within the gated enclave of Quarry Mountain Ranch is conceived as both sanctuary and legacy. Designed to evolve alongside its owners, the home balances permanence with a deep sensitivity to the land it inhabits. Thoughtfully positioned within an alpine meadow shaped by the gentle flow of McLeod Creek, the residence embraces its setting. The waterway threads through the property, sustaining native grasses and drawing elk, deer, and migratory birdlife, grounding daily life in the rhythms of season and landscape. Broad planes of glass and sheltering rooflines frame uninterrupted views of ski slopes and distant ridgelines, while long sightlines pull natural light deep into the interior. Terraces and covered outdoor rooms mediate between house and meadow, creating spaces for gathering, reflection, and year-round connection to the outdoors. A restrained palette of wood and stone echoes the textures of the terrain, lending warmth and durability to the home’s contemporary expression. A separate guest house extends the architectural language, forming a discreet compound that supports family life, hospitality, and the enduring cadence of alpine living. The landscape steps from the house towards the lake via a series of terraces, and all walls and steps are kept orthogonal to maintain the formal language of the rear façade. This thoughtfully designed space balances functionality with architectural elegance, incorporating custom storage solutions and seamless integration with the home's overall design language.

Building an expansion in an older home allows for adding modern features that also bring much more natural light in your home. These skylights are perfectly aligned with the newly added tall windows and "topped off" with trimless modern smooth drywall. A modern interpretation of a board and batten style wall adds depth to the room and ties in the architectural language of the linear windows.

The entryway establishes the home’s calm and sophisticated aesthetic from the moment of arrival. A carefully styled console, layered artwork, and sculptural accessories create a welcoming focal point, while clean lines and a neutral palette reinforce the contemporary design language carried throughout the residence.

A flexible finished basement living area combines warm wood-look flooring, a streamlined dark cabinetry kitchenette, neutral finishes, and comfortable contemporary furnishings. The open layout creates space for lounging, entertaining, or extended-family living while maintaining the refined material language used throughout the renovation.

The property occupied a Spanish house in the Hollywood Hills. It was fully renovated by Arroyo to become the primary residence for a young family. The original layout wasted considerable space and was poorly orientated. Its longitudinal distribution, won by the transversal bearing walls, resulted in several densely distributed small areas spared along a large corridor that isolated the two ends of the home. The client’s wish was to have three double bedrooms and a home that would highlight and underline early century crafting of the property through a design that uses a contemporary language.

Full gut renovation of an apartment on a peaceful, tree-lined street in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn. The home was updated with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and a modern staircase and flooring that complements the original visual language of the home. Details like high ceilings, hardwood floors, and the original wainscoting help to complete the look.

We decorated our back terrace or da deck in Atl language, with colorful perennial mums. We chose iron hanging trellises and pots lined with natural coco fiber. This addition really boosted to style of the space and made it so much more inviting and lively.

The dining area continues the visual language of the adjacent rooms with a dining table and chairs by Ethan Allen and Arhaus. Art by Buenos Aires-based Luciana Levinton lends a strong sense of geometry and spatial awareness to the room.

Leader Online, a UK-based company, approached us to support the launch of Nosa, a new sanitary ware brand targeting the British market.
With competition in the sector increasing, they required a cohesive set of visuals for their numerous products to establish a consistent visual language across e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and promotional materials.
It was a complete brand creation from scratch, and we pulled it off.

DGI designed the family room with a neutral palette of crisp whites, cognac leather, and aged iron accents to achieve both an urban and earthy look. We selected structured furniture pieces with clean lines throughout the space that give it a modern and sophisticated feel. To create a soft backdrop for the strong linear language of the furniture, we installed floor-to-ceiling ripplefold drapery in an airy grey linen fabric.

The client sought an entryway that felt open, structured, and cohesive with the home's architectural language. To address this, the design emphasized clean sightlines, balanced proportions, and material contrast. A recessed niche frames the entry moment, while the alignment of the console and mirror establishes a strong axial relationship. Vertical elements, like the stair balusters and door glazing, reinforce rhythm and transparency, creating a spatial threshold that is both functional and architecturally grounded.
