In this formal Powder Room a large scale floral pattern was used to add drama to the small space. The Black granite matches the background of this botanical paper. Nothing adds excitement to a room quite like an eye-catching wallpaper design. This classic pattern adds color and timeless appeal. Radiant heat floors are warm, comfortable and efficient.

Clients wanted a non traditional version of a little girls room being pink, so we created this lilac story using christian lacroix ribbon wallpaper. This was our inspiration for the room. We layered the look with a pattern on pattern custom rug from Carpet Source in DCOTA and some lilac toile fabric for the glider chair. Custom bench against the window actually has a top that opens up for storage to keep the room tidy and non cluttered with toys. Our team was thrilled to design and furnish a beautiful blush nursery for baby Sloan's imminent arrival. The large scale rose wallpaper was the inspiration for the room's feminine design. Pale gray walls provide a quiet backdrop to the patterned wallpaper. Blush window treatments, crisp white furniture, and beautifully detailed children's artwork finish the space. The natural light flooding through the windows provides a tranquil space for a newborn baby.

Design-build remodel in Wakefield, MA, featuring a kitchen with a bar area and mudroom space. (#ProjectEclecticEnvy) This remodel showcases painted frameless cabinetry in Rookwood Green, with a white textured subway tile backsplash, seamlessly integrated into a U-shaped layout with a peninsula for seating. The appliance suite in matte black adds contrast, accented with brass and German bronze hardware. A Silgranit apron sink with a fabric skirt and a brass bridge faucet introduce traditional charm. The bar area features a medium gray quartz countertop that mimics concrete, a highly textured geometric backsplash, and a concealed framed television. The mudroom space includes custom built-in storage with a stained bench top and continues the bar area’s backsplash tile. An 8” charcoal hexagon floor tile and Hygge & West Piedmont Wallpaper in Pine - a large-scale patterned wallpaper featuring foxes, birds, and florals - tie the space together with bold character.

Inspiration for an eclectic dark wood floor living room remodel in New York

Glamorous, contemporary powder bath, finished with a patterned wallpaper and gorgeous porcelain and glass tile. Vanity stained in a dark wood with a light granite countertop, modern sink, guilder mirror and a stunning crystal chandelier.

With its high ceilings, this powder room demanded a bold pattern that would downplay the verticality of the space and harmonize with the scale of the rest of the home.

Example of a transitional powder room design in Chicago

Keeping the home's turn of the century roots, the main floor bath (originally the only bathroom in the house) increased in size by 50% by incorporating the small corridor that used to be immediately outside. As such, no square footage was taken from any other space, but the resulting 3/4 bath boasts a roomy subway tile and glass shower, which further enhances the sense of space. A second door in the bathroom connects to the guest bedroom and creates a private ensuite when house-guests drop in. Large scale wall paper, rather than make the space feel small, further enhances the spaciousness of the room.
