This was a dated and rough space when we began. The plumbing was leaking and the tub surround was failing. The client wanted a bathroom that complimented the era of the home without going over budget. We tastefully designed the space with an eye on the character of the home and budget. We save the sink and tub from the recycling bin and refinished them both. The floor was refreshed with a good cleaning and some grout touch ups and tile replacement using tiles from under the toilet.

This spa-inspired walk-in shower was designed to create a calm, luxurious retreat within the home. Soft coastal blue tile, warm brass fixtures, and frameless glass combine to produce a bright, open feel while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The custom shower features a rainfall shower head, handheld sprayer, recessed storage niche, and a built-in bench for comfort and functionality. Large-format tile and minimal grout lines enhance durability while creating a seamless, upscale appearance. Every detail was carefully selected to deliver both beauty and long-term performance — transforming an ordinary bathroom into a relaxing, resort-style space homeowners can enjoy every day.

Our client said she was surprised to find the third bathroom, her son’s, has turned out to be her favorite. Perhaps it’s the subtle but captivating herringbone tile pattern in the shower, the contrasting granite countertop, or the charcoal hex tile floor that makes it so appealing. Relocating from their home in Brisbane, Australia with ocean views to the Pacific, our clients envisioned a refresh for their new lakefront cottage on Pine Lake in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Completed in July 2024, we created new spaces, reimagined old ones, and even swapped places for a primary bedroom and its en suite bath. Our goal was to create a serene and soothing spa- like experience for the bathroom, all while maintaining gorgeous lake views. But this reconfiguration presented some challenges. The primary bedroom was oversized, while its adjacent bath was tiny and crowded. We completely flipped the locations of the bedroom and bathroom, even rerouting plumbing over the bar in the lower level to accommodate the freestanding tub. To maximize space, we designed large, walk-in dressing pantries that are as functional as they are beautiful, and lead to the large dual custom vanity. The vanity itself is freestanding to provide access for hand towel bath hardware on its sides. The his-and-hers unit contains built-in dividers, laundry hampers and trash pullouts to maximize its function. An enclosed water closet allows for privacy in the open concept bathroom, and is placed beyond the cabinetry. The star of this space is the large enclosed wet room. As the focal point of the bathroom, its oversized tiled walls and deep built-in bench allow for a steam or soaking in the tub while enjoying stunning lake views. The wet room is spacious and serene, and perfect for an end to a Michigan winter day.

This large bathroom remodel feature a clawfoot soaking tub, a large glass enclosed walk in shower, a private water closet, large floor to ceiling linen closet and a custom reclaimed wood vanity made by Limitless Woodworking. Light fixtures and door hardware were provided by Houzz. This modern bohemian bathroom also showcases a cement tile flooring, a feature wall and simple decor to tie everything together.

The master bathroom at our Wrightwood Residence in Studio City, CA features large dual shower, double vanity, and a freestanding tub. Located in Wrightwood Estates, Levi Construction’s latest residency is a two-story mid-century modern home that was re-imagined and extensively remodeled with a designer’s eye for detail, beauty and function. Beautifully positioned on a 9,600-square-foot lot with approximately 3,000 square feet of perfectly-lighted interior space. The open floorplan includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous chef’s kitchen featuring Viking appliances, a smart WiFi refrigerator, and high-tech, smart home technology throughout. Freestanding bathtub - large contemporary master freestanding bathtub idea in New Orleans with an undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets and white walls

Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

The homeowner chose to go with a large double vanity, a nice shower with custom features a shower seat. We decided to keep the existing tub and deck it with carrara marble. The vanity area shown in this photo has plenty of storage for bathroom appliances in the tower. Below the mirrored wall cabinets we added a open towel storage space below. The mirrors were cased out with the matching woodwork, crown detail and carrara tile mosaics on each side. The countertop is Carrara slab marble with undermount Marzi sinks. The Kallista faucets are wall mounted, we was chosen in chrome since it was an easier finish to maintain for years to come. The floor tile is a 20 x 20 Silver Strand with a Carrara Marble strip set in straight. The backsplash to the vanity is the companion carrara mosaic random. Vaulted ceilings add to the dramatic feel of this bath. The polished nickel Restoration glass globe chandelier also adds to the dramatic glamor of the bath. The shower has three zones function, with a polished gray porcelain tile, mixed with split face white marble and carrara marble mosaics. This luxury bath sets its residence in Houston Texas.

This couple’s main request was for a calming spa like ensuite bath. The original floor plan was not changed but all the finishes and fixtures were replaced. Porcelain tile, glass and stone mosaic tile, custom vanities, new plumbing fixtures, shower and mirrors and lights replaced the builder grade materials.
