This family wanted a contemporary structure that blended natural elements with with grays and blues. This is a unique structure that turned out beautifully. We went with powder coated 6x6 steel posts hiding all of the base and top plates
creating a seamless transition between the structure and travertine flooring. Due to limitations on spacing we added a built-in granite table with matching powder coated steel frame. This created a unique look and practical application for dining seating. By adding a knee wall with cedar slats it created an intimate nook while keeping everything open.
The modern fireplace and split style kitchen created a great use of space without making if feel crowded.

Where: Colorado
What: Residential
Product: ranchwood™ color: Southern
Solution: Wire Brushed, Shiplap, fascia, soffit
This Colorado home feature's Montana Timber Products prefinished rustic ranchwood™ siding, featuring Wire Brushed texture in the color Southern, applied as fascia and soffit.
ranchwood™ is Montana Timber Products' flagship rustic natural wood siding, a reclaimed barn wood alternative that is milled from new, rough stock, kiln dried, chemical free wood.
ranchwood™ is put through a texturizing and coloring process that creates aesthetically beautiful rustic wood siding and authentic reclaimed barn wood and reclaimed lumber alternatives.
Typically less expensive than authentic reclaimed barn wood, ranchwood™ offers uncompromising rustic wood beauty.
Circle Sawn and Wire Brushed are Montana Timber Products' common cedar siding texturizing options.
The Circle Sawn texture commonly seen on rustic reclaimed barn wood is created from the large circular saw blades used in more traditional milling practices.
The Wire Brushed option adds physical and aesthetic depth to the wood grain.
In addition to the aesthetic beauty added from the texturing process, greater surface area is created, which allows the Seal-Once, a 100% NO VOC waterproofer with a 10 year limited warranty against water ingress and safe for interior and exterior use, pets and children.
If environmentally friendly and the renewable aspect of natural wood siding is important to you, be sure to do your homework when choosing your siding, flooring, interior accents, trim, beams, timbers, or other wood siding products. Some companies choose to use degenerative chemicals to achieve the desired look and texture of rustic wood siding. This is not the case with Montana Timber Products.
Vintage wood, reclaimed barn wood and reclaimed barn wood alternatives are very popular building materials due to their aesthetic beauty, traditional look, and chemical free finish.

The goal for our emerald and white kitchen design was to create a bold and functional kitchen for our sophisticated clients. They desired a more practical kitchen layout and a splash of color. Previously, the cooktop was located in the small center island with a very limited prep area on each side. In addition, there was not a focal point and the unsightly refrigerator was on the main focal wall. The designer completely reconfigured the space by placing the range on the main kitchen wall, topped with a showstopping new emerald kitchen hood as the focal point. A new built-in refrigerator was relocated to the opposite wall and a functional veggie sink was added in the center island. The clients requested a color palette that was anything but neutral, so the designer delivered with a bold green and white design to meet their request. Gold accents add additional sophisticated detailing. Bursts of green were incorporated throughout the space in the barstools, the kitchen island and in the custom breakfast area artwork commissioned especially for this project.

This 1960’s ranch in Fitchburg, MA had a kitchen with suspended cabinets and a very tiny work area. The suspended cabinets blocked the view of the large window looking at the backyard and made it difficult to visit with friends and family while working in the kitchen.
The homeowners were interested in having a kitchen where their extended family and friends could come and enjoy “hanging out” in the kitchen. We removed the suspended cabinets and installed an island where 4 to 5 people could “hang out” and talk to the cooks while they prepare the meal. We also added seating under the window by putting a very practical window seat. The window seat has drawers below for easy access seasonal storage.
We also made the cased opening to the dining room larger so when there is a very large gathering a couple of people can sit on stools looking into the kitchen. So now this once “small” kitchen with very limited seating can have several people visiting and yet not be bumping into those preparing the meals.

Larder unit solutions designed to fit carcase widths as little as 150mm offer remarkable functionality, particularly in terms of storage capacity for various kitchen items. Despite their narrow dimensions, these units are cleverly designed to maximize the utilization of space and provide convenient storage for a wide range of items, such as spices, oils, and vinegar bottles.
The practical use of narrow gaps is a significant benefit of larder unit solutions. In many kitchens, there are often small, unused spaces between cabinets or appliances. Larder units with narrow carcase widths can effectively fill these gaps, ensuring that no space is wasted. By making use of these previously unused areas, homeowners can optimize their kitchen storage and create a more organized and efficient cooking environment.

This project transformed an underutilized space beneath our clients' modern residence into a functional and luxurious lower-level addition featuring a light-filled guest suite and exercise room. A new stairwell, framed by custom steel railings, connects the main floor to the lower level, enhancing visual flow and natural lighting while complementing the home's modern aesthetic. Polished concrete floors with radiant heating provide year-round comfort while the guest suite, with a luxury en suite bathroom including a steam shower, can also function as a home office. Large articulating Nanawall doors open the exercise room to the exterior, including a sauna room, and the built-in beverage station allows for quick refreshments.
The project required innovative solutions to address structural constraints and property setbacks, including designing a code-compliant staircase within tight spatial limits, excavating a crawlspace to achieve full-height ceilings, and working around foundation walls to maximize usable space. By blending functionality, style, and attention to detail, this addition exceeded the clients' expectations, providing a cohesive, luxurious, and highly practical enhancement to their home.

The laundry room may be compact, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality within the limited space of this condo unit. With a smart layout and efficient use of every inch, this space provides all the essentials for daily convenience.
To enhance durability and style, we updated the flooring with a sleek, low-maintenance material that seamlessly ties into the home's overall design. Working carefully around the air handler, we ensured accessibility while maintaining a clean and streamlined look.
Despite its size, this laundry area is both practical and polished, offering a well-organized, modern space that meets the needs of everyday living without compromising on style.

Our adjustable bar chair is made of selected PU leather, foam, chromium-plated steel, and plywood. With built-in lumbar support, its back complies with the ergonomic design concept, providing you with a super cozy user experience. The height can be adjusted from 34.6 to 42.5'', the seat can rotate 360° and the weight capacity reaches 300 lb, which is very convenient for you to turn around or move without standing up and can meet all your needs in various situations. Besides, its wild style enables it to serve as not only a practical piece of furniture but also a delicate decoration in your room. Ideal home bar stools for your kitchen, living room, and dining area, add a contemporary atmosphere to your home.

This condo kitchen renovation in Davisville Village, Toronto focused on improving light, layout, and everyday functionality within a galley kitchen. The original space felt narrow and dated, with limited lighting and less accessible lower cabinetry.
The updated kitchen features new floor tiles, redesigned lower cabinets, and a two-tone cabinet finish that adds depth while keeping the space bright and easy to use. Quartz countertops with a matching backsplash provide a clean, durable surface, while upgraded lighting improves visibility throughout the kitchen.
Quality fixtures, including a Franke sink and Grohe kitchen faucet, were selected for comfort, durability, and daily use. The result is a practical, well-designed condo kitchen suited for modern living in Midtown Toronto.

This serene coastal-inspired bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat, effortlessly blending soft textures with calming oceanic hues. At the heart of the space, a large-scale abstract landscape painting in shades of watery blue and grey establishes a relaxing, beachside ambiance. The plush upholstered bed is luxuriously layered with muted blue bedding, textured neutral pillows, and a cozy faux fur throw that invites ultimate relaxation. A minimalist light oak nightstand provides practical bedside storage and is elegantly styled with a classic ceramic table lamp and dried botanicals, adding a touch of organic warmth to the room. This beautifully curated sanctuary offers the perfect balance of modern elegance and livable comfort, providing a restful escape for the modern homeowner.

Creating your dream space in a rental home can sometimes feel limiting, but for this project we focused on unlocking colorful possibilities for our clients.
Originally, both office spaces were bare and clean but lacked personality.
Our goal was to level everything up while injecting more fun and flavor into the office spaces so they had Zoom-friendly backdrops that made them look forward to going into the office each day.
Her space was crafted to be fun, playful and full of texture.
A gorgeous wooden bookcase with a unique design accent at the bottom became one of the more practical features of the room while the Zoom-worthy artwork behind her desk gave her colleagues and clients an instant conversation starter.
