Our clients had significant damage to their finished basement from a city sewer line break at the street. Once mitigation and sanitation were complete, we worked with our clients to maximized the space by relocating the powder room and wet bar cabinetry and opening up the main living area. The basement now functions as a much wished for exercise area and hang out lounge. The wood shelves, concrete floors and barn door give the basement a modern feel. This roof that we replaced in Longmont turned out really sharp. It is a CertainTeed Northgate Class IV asphalt shingle roof in the color Heather Blend. the roof is what is called a hip roof meaning that it does not have a lot of ridge lines. Because of that we could not install ridge vent - our preferred method of attic ventilation. Due to that we added a lot of slant back vents to increase the attic ventilation.

This fourth-floor condo kitchen remodel was completed after the homeowners experienced water damage while away. Thompson Remodeling developed a galley kitchen design featuring clean lines and plenty of storage. Special touches included matching the cabinetry to an existing file cabinet that was to become part of the adjacent office area, special storage for dog food in the peninsula, and leaving an area above the cabinets to display the owner's quilts.

Rocky Mountain Rustic European White Oak 9/16 x 9 ½ x 96" Rocky Mountain This wide plank hardwood floor is brushed, it has grain effects, distressed, damage edges, nail marks all done by hand. Specie: Rustic European White Oak Appearance: Color: Light Sand color Variation: Moderate Properties: Durability: Dense, strong, excellent resistance. Construction: T&G, 3 Ply Engineered floor. The use of Heveas or Rubber core makes this floor environmentally friendly. Finish: 8% UV acrylic urethane with scratch resistant. Sizes: 9/16 x 9 ½ x 96”, (85% of its board), with a 3.2mm wear layer. Warranty: 25 years limited warranty.

The original fireplace was tired and worn. Smoke damaged, brick that had been painted over and over again to the point where you couldn't even see the brick lines. So we created an impactful, but yet warm space by installing new quartz stone and shiplap at the top. It creates a warm inviting space that is sure to impress

The 2nd story was held up as we addressed rot and sag caused form water damage over time. We both repaired and replaced existing columns, adjusted the roof line and pitch by adapting column height, removed existing roof and gutter and replaced with new TPO roof and copper pan gutter, installed new custom made samples mahogany handrail and newels to match existing historic details, painted and trenches to moved water from downspouts away from structure, all while maintaining the structural integrity.

Maria & Paul wanted the guest bathroom updated with a new layout that would feel brighter and more functional. The goal was to replace the old tub and shower setup with a walk-in shower and bring a clean, fresh look to the space. The existing bathtub, wall tile, and countertops were removed, and damaged drywall was repaired to create a solid foundation for the remodel. A custom walk-in shower was installed. The shower floor features Vecchia Calacatta Penny Round Mosaic tile. For the walls, Smooth White Matte 8x24 tiles were chosen in a brick lay pattern with Schluter Jolly bright white edging. The niche was reframed to give more space and lined with the same mosaic tile for a standout detail. This addition brings both functionality and design, breaking up the clean white wall tile with texture and contrast. A Delta Saylor Matte Black shower fixture stands out against the white tile, while a sliding rain glass barn-style door with matte black hardware provides a clean entry. The original cabinets were kept and paired with Miraggio Duo quartz countertops and an oval white undermount sink. A Delta Saylor Matte Black widespread faucet was installed, and above it, a Wayfair Lark Manor Waxter framed mirror was mounted horizontally. The new shower brings style and convenience, with crisp white tile, penny round mosaic, and matte black fixtures as standout features. The vanity now has a polished quartz surface, framed mirror, and coordinated finishes that complete the transformation.
