Clients were wanting to expand their 50's era semi-bungalow to a full two storey so they could add one more bedroom and bathroom to their second level. Increased space for a larger kitchen was accomplished by relocating the dining room to the front of the home and removing the wall between the existing kitchen and the former dining room.
