Outdoor Room with a View! Designed & Built. Family parties and gatherings are fun and easy with all the right spaces. The scenic drive coming home adds to the curb appeal as it sense with the architecture as well the homes interior. Once inside thou, you are drawn right back out by the mountain view and gorgeous swimming pool. The glistening water makes you want to have fun in and around the pool. The outdoor living spaces under the covered patio is great for dining alfresco, watching movies and hanging out around the fire pit day or night. Destinations spaces allow guest to layout, read, eat or just relax. Fountains and streams of water dance in and around the pool, creating sounds of tranquility & excitement. Shade structures, lighting, gardening & native landscapes complete this home energy. No need to go out,.. when everything you need is just right outside your door. Creating memories that will last a lifetime will be cherished for generations to come.

This stylish Brentwood home had recently been renovated while preserving the integrity of its original mid-century design, and architecture. With furniture and furnishings true to the stylish time period, this was a perfect yard to imitate the aesthetics of the infamous Brazilian Landscape Architect, Burle Marx. This family needed a fun, yet functional space to host friends and family; but wanted to preserve the timeless aesthetics of the stylish Mid-Century flare. Burle Marx is famous for his organic nature within modernist landscape architecture. We pulled inspiration from Marx, as one of the first people to call for the conservation of Brazil’s rainforests, to introduce a palette of native and beneficial plant materials to mimic his environmental efforts. We also pulled from his artistic expressions with our curved and dramatic garden bed lines, and placement of specimen plantings. With views of Nantucket Sound and Sampson’s Island, this Oyster Harbors property holds colorful gardens for summer enjoyment. A large kitchen garden surrounded by apple trees provides a bountiful selection of herbs for the home cook. In the adjacent gardens, vegetables, lime and lemon trees, and tropical plants are mixed amongst vibrant perennials and pear and apple trees.

A period correct breeze block wall was built as a backdrop to the kitchen view and an industrial charcoal corrugated metal fence completes the leitmotif and creates privacy around the property.
