This Calgary home has evolved through three separate renovation projects completed over fourteen years. Sandrin Construction first renovated the second-floor bathrooms in 2011, returned for a main-floor renovation in 2019, and completed the basement renovation in 2025. The work spans bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces, custom millwork, stairs and circulation, and a basement developed around a family room, home gym and bathroom. Each phase responded to a different stage in the clients' use of the house while building on work completed in earlier years. The result is not a single whole-home renovation, but a long-term series of interventions that allowed the existing home to evolve with its owners over time.
