Glenview Haus – Custom Doors & Wine CellarsWe were pleased to be brought in on this penthouse renovation in the heart of Bucktown, Chicago. The goal of this project was to revamp the space and add an additional touch of modern design through the use of warm Walnut Eco-Veneer doors. With warm tones, we were able to play on the traditional feel of the space, yet bring in modern touches with the magnetic latch hardware, concealed hinges, and flush designs. The seamlessly matching frames give an added touch of style, making these door units appear intentional and luxe. Noticed by every individual who walks through space, our Modern Interior doors are made to be an additional form of design that should complement and elevate your space.

Kraft Custom ConstructionAfter nearly 20 years of working in a cramped and inefficient kitchen, as well a doing most of their cooking on a hotplate because of on-going issues with old appliances, our food-loving clients were more than ready for a major kitchen remodel.
Our goal was to open the kitchen and living space without compromising the architectural integrity of this gorgeous 1930’s home, allowing our clients to cook and entertain guests at the same time. We made sure to retain key elements, such as the plaster cove moulding detail, arched doorways, and glass knobs in order to maintain the look and era of the home.
Features includes a new bar and prep sink area, new appliances throughout, a cozy dog bed area incorporated into the cabinet design, shelving niche for cookbooks, magnetic cabinet door on the broom closet to display photos, a recessed television niche for the flatscreen, and radius steps with custom mosaic tile on the stair risers.
Our clients can now cook and entertain guests with ease while their beloved dog’s standby to keep the floor clean!
Cy Lo, BuilderThough this studio is a scant 490 sq.ft., the use of space is clever and every square foot useful. The left side has an electric fireplace, an AV unit and an office. The "backsplash" of the office is a magnetic stainless panel so pictures can be mounted and arranged with magnets. The right side is a galley kitchen with all modern appliances. Quartz tops the kitchen cabinets and wall unit.

Brenda Motter Interiors LTDIn this renovation, the once-framed closed-in double-door closet in the laundry room was converted to a locker storage system with room for roll-out laundry basket drawer and a broom closet. The laundry soap is contained in the large drawer beside the washing machine. Behind the mirror, an oversized custom medicine cabinet houses small everyday items such as shoe polish, small tools, masks...etc. The off-white cabinetry and slate were existing. To blend in the off-white cabinetry, walnut accents were added with black hardware. The wallcovering was custom-designed to feature line drawings of the owner's various dog breeds. A magnetic chalkboard for pinning up art creations and important reminders finishes off the side gable next to the full-size upright freezer unit.
