We were pleased to be brought in on this penthouse renovation in the heart of Bucktown, Chicago. The goal of this project was to revamp the space and add an additional touch of modern design through the use of warm Walnut Eco-Veneer doors. With warm tones, we were able to play on the traditional feel of the space, yet bring in modern touches with the magnetic latch hardware, concealed hinges, and flush designs. The seamlessly matching frames give an added touch of style, making these door units appear intentional and luxe. Aurora Round Edge RGB 3.3 inch trim and housing is a specification grade, adjustable accent fixture for plaster or drywall construction. The flush mounted rigid plaster plate, which is finished into the ceiling, maintains a flat finish and defines the Truly Trimless Pure edge (knife edge) 3.3 inch aperture. Uplighting the RGB (red, blue, green) LEDs within the Aurora dome creates color at the ceiling plane while a halogen white light projects downward resulting in an optical illusion. Combined with the Pure edge aperture and the hidden gear behind the lamp further enhances the illusion and creates a clean internal look. Dome is made of spun aluminum, painted to a diffuse highly reflective white finish. Features hot aiming with Philips screwdriver offering 0 to 45 degree vertical adjustment and 362 degree horizontal rotation without beam clipping. Includes standard 120 volt magnetic transformer, IC and air-tight, suitable for remodel or new construction. Secondary output voltage is 11.8 volts. LED driver/power data supply (PDS) and RGB LED modules are integral, accessible and serviceable through the aperture. Includes RGB high output LEDs totaling 24 watts and may be programmed as desired using a DMX signal. LEDs can be controlled to be static color, cross-faded, or can be set to the beat of the music. Compatible with Edge Lighting CDP or CTP controller, sold separately. Includes 12 volt 35 watt 35 degree beam spread Sylvania Tru-Aim Brilliant lamp. Halogen light source compatible with low voltage magnetic dimmer, sold separately. Includes snoot and soft focus lens, with room for lamp and two additional accessories, sold separately. After nearly 20 years of working in a cramped and inefficient kitchen, as well a doing most of their cooking on a hotplate because of on-going issues with old appliances, our food-loving clients were more than ready for a major kitchen remodel. Our goal was to open the kitchen and living space without compromising the architectural integrity of this gorgeous 1930’s home, allowing our clients to cook and entertain guests at the same time. We made sure to retain key elements, such as the plaster cove moulding detail, arched doorways, and glass knobs in order to maintain the look and era of the home. Features includes a new bar and prep sink area, new appliances throughout, a cozy dog bed area incorporated into the cabinet design, shelving niche for cookbooks, magnetic cabinet door on the broom closet to display photos, a recessed television niche for the flatscreen, and radius steps with custom mosaic tile on the stair risers. Our clients can now cook and entertain guests with ease while their beloved dog’s standby to keep the floor clean!

The tables are available in 2 different heights: 41cm and 51cm - here used as side tables in one of many combinations. Each table can be assembled in 4 different ways, by turning the legs upside down or rotating the tabletop. This is easily done whenever you want using the strong magnet assembly. If you have 2 tables in different heights, you can interchange the table top between them easily too.

We started with a completely empty white room. Talk about a blank canvas! This space was then converted to a kid friendly space for a family of five. We added a magnetic chalk board wall, ceiling molding, furniture, lighting and accessories made up this fun kids space. http://www.pierreji.com
