Gorgeous Master Bathroom remodel. We kept most of the original layout but removed a small linen closet, a large jetted tub, and a fiberglass shower. We enlarged the shower area to include a built in seat and wall niche. We framed in for a drop in soaking tub and completely tiled that half of the room from floor to ceiling and installed a large mirror to help give the room an even larger feel. The cabinets were designed to have a center pantry style cabinet to make up for the loss of the linen closet. We installed large format porcelain on the floor and a 4x12 white porcelain subway tile for the shower, tub, and walls. The vanity tops, ledges, curb, and seat are all granite. All of the fixtures are a flat black modern style and a custom glass door and half wall panel was installed. This Master Bathroom is pure class!

This master bath, originally built in the 80's, deserved a new makeover. The corner tub was replaced with a beautiful stand-alone tube, original cabinetry was painted in the new midnight blue navy and beautiful tile and quartz countertops gave the space a look of class and elegance. Three oversized matching mirrors were spaced evenly over the asymmetrical cabinet configuration to add balance to the area. The addition of a turquoise beaded globe chandelier added a touch of color to the charming corner,

The Homeowner’s of this St. Marlo home were ready to do away with the large unused Jacuzzi tub and builder grade finishes in their Master Bath and Bedroom. The request was for a design that felt modern and crisp but held the elegance of their Country French preferences. Custom vanities with drop in sinks that mimic the roll top tub and crystal knobs flank a furniture style armoire painted in a lightly distressed gray achieving a sense of casual elegance. Wallpaper and crystal sconces compliment the simplicity of the chandelier and free standing tub surrounded by traditional Rue Pierre white marble tile. As contradiction the floor is 12 x 24 polished porcelain adding a clean and modernized touch. Multiple shower heads, bench and mosaic tiled niches with glass shelves complete the luxurious showering experience.

The homeowners wanted a large bathroom that would transport them a world away and give them a spa experience at home. Two vanities, a water closet and a wet room steam shower are tailored to the cosmopolitan couple who lives there.

This Master Bedroom allows the homeowner world-class experience every minute they are home and not traveling. With automated black-out shades within the room, a 55" LED display with touchscreen remote, automated lights and speakers in the ceiling, it allows a guest to feel right at home. Anything being watched on the TV can have it's audio heard through the speakers in the ceiling, to provide enhanced listening as well as much clearer than using the speakers built into the back of the TV.

The triple laundry sink serves the 3 children nicely with it's deep basin and built in soap holders. Simplicity was key when selecting a class marble hex floor tile and white subway tile for the bulk of the room - but then we had a little fun with the colorful glass mosaic tile in the tub niche. Handblown locally made light fixtures from Dan Spitzer over the sink keep my signature of "local and handmade" alive.
