This quaint craftsman home had a very dark, difficult master bath space and the homeowners were clamoring for a solution. Not only was more functionality mandatory, but also ensuring the style felt more like the homeowners and original to the house. We had the perfect solution… colorful concrete caustic tiles! Opening up the shower and removing the labyrinth-like doorless entrance was key! Doors now open in sensible ways, and the right things now seem to be in all the right places to get ready each day. We enabled the shower and the entire bathroom to be flooded with light and feature a stunning backwall full of style! This is now our clients’ happy place!

In this addition, Ten Key Home & Kitchen Remodels added significant space to this client's home. The guest bathroom provides accessibility and style, with a transitional vessel sink, glass door cabinetry in the head knocker, and a handlebar by the toilet.

This Project was so fun, the client was a dream to work with. So open to new ideas. Since this is on a canal the coastal theme was prefect for the client. We gutted both bathrooms. The master bath was a complete waste of space, a huge tub took much of the room. So we removed that and shower which was all strange angles. By combining the tub and shower into a wet room we were able to do 2 large separate vanities and still had room to space. The guest bath received a new coastal look as well which included a better functioning shower.

Juxtaposing the bed’s structured silhouette is a Womb chair and ottoman by Eero Saarinen in a soft organic shape. In this cozy corner, we drew inspiration from the cubist movement with this Finn Juhl designed credenza. Simple and beautiful, the hues treat this quaint spot to a dose of vibrant color.
