This narrow lot villa was designed for the empty nester second home market. It caters to those possibly downsizing or just wanting a maintenance free second home. It’s width from the street is immediately brought to suspicion by an expansive Great Room. The spacious kitchen with island and serving bar open onto the view beyond. The Master Suite is entered through a double doored private Foyer. Rounding out this homes many features is the “L” shaped outdoor Patio with outdoor kitchen. sThis home truly defies what many believe are the limiting factors of narrow lot home plans. Inspiration for a transitional bathroom remodel in Austin

Pops of vibrant blue and Hermès orange, the wife's favorite colors, come to life in the striking hand-printed fabrics, and bring a warm and summery glow to the living room. Indoor/outdoor fabrics were used on all the upholstery, as living by the beach should be easy.

The warm grey and deep brown tones in the gorgeous master retreat create a calming, serene space. Plum pairs well with the grey as an accent color for other textiles in the room. This bath, mainly used by the family's young children so we used a kid-friendly, single-lever faucet, and laminated a slight lip to the perimeter of the Silestone countertop to contain water spills. A tip-out laundry hamper sits behind the left vanity door. The large, custom made, framed mirror sits low enough for kids to use and bounces light around the compact room.
