Bedroom - mid-sized traditional master carpeted and beige floor bedroom idea in Minneapolis with blue walls and no fireplace
Bedroom - mid-sized traditional master carpeted and beige floor bedroom idea in Minneapolis with blue walls and no fireplace

Family members enter this kitchen from the mud room where they are right at home in this friendly space.
The Kitchens central banquette island seats six on cozy upholstered benches with another two diners at the ends. There is table seating for EIGHT plus the back side boasts raised seating for four more on swiveling bar stools.
The show-stopping coffered ceiling was custom designed and features beaded paneling, recessed can lighting and dramatic crown molding.
The counters are made of Labradorite which is often associated with jewels. It's iridescent sparkle adds glamour without being too loud.
The wood paneled backsplash allows the cabinetry to blend in. There is glazed subway tile behind the range.
This lovely home features an open concept space with the kitchen at the heart. Built in the late 1990's the prior kitchen was cherry, but dark, and the new family needed a fresh update.
This great space was a collaboration between many talented folks including but not limited to the team at Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLC, L. Newman and Associates/Paul Mansback, Inc with Leslie Rifkin and Emily Shakra. Additional contributions from the homeowners and Belisle Granite.

Our clients and their three teenage kids had outgrown the footprint of their existing home and felt they needed some space to spread out. They came in with a couple of sets of drawings from different architects that were not quite what they were looking for, so we set out to really listen and try to provide a design that would meet their objectives given what the space could offer.
We started by agreeing that a bump out was the best way to go and then decided on the size and the floor plan locations of the mudroom, powder room and butler pantry which were all part of the project. We also planned for an eat-in banquette that is neatly tucked into the corner and surrounded by windows providing a lovely spot for daily meals.
The kitchen itself is L-shaped with the refrigerator and range along one wall, and the new sink along the exterior wall with a large window overlooking the backyard. A large island, with seating for five, houses a prep sink and microwave. A new opening space between the kitchen and dining room includes a butler pantry/bar in one section and a large kitchen pantry in the other. Through the door to the left of the main sink is access to the new mudroom and powder room and existing attached garage.
White inset cabinets, quartzite countertops, subway tile and nickel accents provide a traditional feel. The gray island is a needed contrast to the dark wood flooring. Last but not least, professional appliances provide the tools of the trade needed to make this one hardworking kitchen.

A uniform and cohesive look adds simplicity to the overall aesthetic, supporting the minimalist design. The A5s is Glo’s slimmest profile, allowing for more glass, less frame, and wider sightlines. The concealed hinge creates a clean interior look while also providing a more energy-efficient air-tight window. The increased performance is also seen in the triple pane glazing used in both series. The windows and doors alike provide a larger continuous thermal break, multiple air seals, high-performance spacers, Low-E glass, and argon filled glazing, with U-values as low as 0.20. Energy efficiency and effortless minimalism create a breathtaking Scandinavian-style remodel.

This project was a very large master closet that turned out to have a compound angled ceiling. The client wanted to use the ceiling height to make it more efficient and appealing. This involved a desire for a full height center Island (108”).
Glazed Ivory Melamine with Extra Large Glazed Crown, Base, Classic Raised Panel Profiles for the doors and drawers complimented the home. Oil Rubbed Bronze rods, accessories and Venetian Bronze Hardware completed the “old world” look. Multiple jewelry inserts were included in the design. Shoe fences and tie butlers were on the client’s wish list. The system is entirely backed. Most of the lower areas were to be open for their clothing except one Wardrobe Cabinet to house formal attire. .

The home is able to achieve passive house standards and take full advantage of the views with the use of Glo’s A7 triple pane windows and doors. The PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) certified series boasts triple pane glazing, a larger thermal break, high-performance spacers, and multiple air-seals. The large picture windows frame the landscape while maintaining comfortable interior temperatures year-round. The strategically placed operable windows throughout the residence offer cross-ventilation and a visual connection to the sweeping views of Utah. The modern hardware and color selection of the windows are not only aesthetically exceptional, but remain true to the mid-century modern design.

Bathroom - contemporary green tile and subway tile mosaic tile floor, gray floor, double-sink and brick wall bathroom idea in Other with flat-panel cabinets, dark wood cabinets, an undermount sink, gray countertops and a floating vanity

Mediterranean style is a beautiful blend of ornate detailing and rough organic stone work. It's worn and rustic while still being sumptuous and refined. The details of this bathroom remodel combine all the right elements to create a comfortable and gorgeous space. Tumbled stone mixed with scrolling cabinet details, oil-rubbed bronze mixed with the glazed cabinet finish and mottled granite in varying shades of brown are expertly mingled to create a bathroom that's truly a place to get away from the troubles of the day.

Wide sweeping windows up to 13’ and full-lite doors were installed throughout the home preserving the unobstructed views from the home. Additionally, four 12’ wide Lift and Slide doors were installed in the living room and dining room. Increased natural light, fewer framing members, and the ability to open the door wide for indoor/outdoor living are just a few of the benefits of such large sliding doors. The rear of the home takes full advantage of the expansive marine landscape with full height windows and doors.
Glo A5h and A5s Series were selected with concealed hinges. The Glo A5h, hidden sash, ensures that operational windows share the same profile thickness as fixed units. A uniform and cohesive look adds simplicity to the overall aesthetic, supporting the minimalist design. The A5s is Glo’s slimmest profile, allowing for more glass, less frame, and wider sight lines. The concealed hinge creates a clean interior look while also providing a more energy efficient air-tight window. The increased performance is also seen in the triple pane glazing used in both series. The windows and doors alike provide a larger continuous thermal break, multiple air seals, high performance spacers, low-e glass, and argon filled glazing, with U-values as low as 0.20.
