Situated on one of the most prestigious streets in the distinguished neighborhood of Highland Park, 3517 Beverly is a transitional residence built by Robert Elliott Custom Homes. Designed by notable architect David Stocker of Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro, the 3-story, 5-bedroom and 6-bathroom residence is characterized by ample living space and signature high-end finishes. An expansive driveway on the oversized lot leads to an entrance with a courtyard fountain and glass pane front doors. The first floor features two living areas — each with its own fireplace and exposed wood beams — with one adjacent to a bar area. The kitchen is a convenient and elegant entertaining space with large marble countertops, a waterfall island and dual sinks. Beautifully tiled bathrooms are found throughout the home and have soaking tubs and walk-in showers. On the second floor, light filters through oversized windows into the bedrooms and bathrooms, and on the third floor, there is additional space for a sizable game room. There is an extensive outdoor living area, accessed via sliding glass doors from the living room, that opens to a patio with cedar ceilings and a fireplace.

The opulent Saint-Anne is a grand railing for any estate’s interior. The dramatic design of this steel railing features decorative handmade scrolls, a bronze top rail with a mirror finish and a clear coat, and a protective coating of aliphatic acrylic urethane paint.

Nestled on the shore of New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee, is a family’s winter ski retreat. Contrary to the norm, this vacation home sees more use in the winter months than in the summer season. Breathtaking views of Mount Washington against a backdrop of shoreline dominate the scene; this vista was a driving force in the decision-making process. Doors and windows on the lakeside of the house were enlarged and expanded on to enhance the owners’ appreciation of their vantage point. The homeowners embraced, with a bit of convincing, a dark blue trim color for the exterior rather than the ubiquitous forest green common in the White Mountains. What began as a small renovation project morphed into a full renovation; the location warranted the upgrade. The client’s trust in the design team resulted in a home that is unique: contemporary while still offering the warmth and coziness of a winter retreat. The introduction of soft wood tones, a custom copper kitchen hood, and a warm muted color palate for interior trim and doors brings a coziness to the space without evoking a mountain ski lodge. The materials chosen further enhanced the natural elements of the site location: organic features include an antler chandelier, salvaged wood throughout for the mantel, ceilings, stair newels, and interior barn doors, and a live edge built-in bench in the mudroom.
Spaces were designed to encourage family interaction and togetherness. The importance of solitude was thoughtfully crafted into the architecture and interiors of the family’s vacation home. SV Design made sure there were spaces where individual family members can pursue their own interests: a dedicated craft space, a family office, and a kids’ loft area.
The redesign was forward thinking, to take the family into future phases in life, from the current teenage years through college years, and into the beyond of expanded family possibilities.

There's always room for more storage regardless of what room we are talking about, and the bathroom is no exception. If you've maxed out your linen closet and cabinet space, it's time to add bathroom hooks. While they're mainly designed for towels, these compact storage solutions are perfect for keeping your family’s towels and bathrobes tidy and easy to access. We carry a wide range of bathroom hooks so you can find the design, color, and style that matches your bathroom. Choose your favorite finish, including polished chrome, polished gold, black, and more, and then decide on what shape and style best fits your space. We have basic round hooks and modern square hooks. We even offer double hooks, triple hooks and more, to give you the storage you need without adding an extra installation step.

We are extremely excited to present this Rustic Hickory in a black glaze matte from Bertch. The rustic feel of the cabinets fit amazingly well in this older farm home.
It was this homeowner's lucky day as soon after install, the Formica laminate tops in Slate Sequoia were discontinued. They compliment the tones of the cabinets better than anything we could imagine.
Stainless steel appliances are in good company with the integral Karran 60/40 bowl sink. This all goes well with the bronze tones in the rest of the metal elements of the kitchen.
Gracefully holding all of this up is Mannington Adura Max Apex Hilltop luxury vinyl plants in Cliffside. The installers worked with the customer to run the planks in a perpendicular pattern where two rooms came together.

This distressed metal star serves as the focal point in a mountain & lake retreat. The vibrant red of the wall is a large feature so the homeowner wanted something that said industrial chic in a simple yet bold way.

This was the third house that we were involved in a Design/Build project for the owner over a period of 25 years. It represented the final stage in the life cycle of a home with five children to empty nesters and then to a home designed to accommodate their married children and grand children. The owners taste for the unusual is reflected in the exotic granite that was chosen for the shower walls and seat. Recognition of the aging process is shown with the addition of a safety grab bar and a skid free shower floor. This shower features dual access through two frameless shower doors and employs a high tech shower tower that enables the owners to create a variety of shower experiences.
