Design Dilemma: Our clients needed a place to store their beautiful bass and their extensive collection of books and records. Solution - We transformed this unused corner in the great room into a beautiful and functional storage space. Using a subtle instrument rack so the client could easily remove the bass to play, we were able to showcase the bass as a work of art and make it a focal point in the space. This award-winning farmhouse style kitchen was part of a whole home remodeling and interior design project. The home is a historic home located in downtown Sanford. The clients wanted a classic farmhouse look. We used a blend of custom, vintage, and non-custom items to create the classic farmhouse style kitchen and dining nook.

A bathroom updated to a chic modern style, incorporating neutral colors and classic silhouettes, features a bathtub complete with a compact tile bench and tiled shower niche. The large window is made with fixed glass block to allow in plenty of light and prevent breakdown. Project designed by Skokie renovation firm, Chi Renovation & Design.
